Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card's performance, price, and cooling capabilities, with many praising its ability to deliver high frame rates at 1440p resolution. They also appreciate the card's compact size and quiet operation. However, some customers express reservations about the 12-pin power connector and the lack of RGB lighting. The sleek design is another frequently mentioned positive aspect.

It's been running great with games I play getting over 120fps. It's quiet and small enough to fit in my mitx case no problem.

Excellent graphics card for the price, however, if you can get a hold of a 3080 I would recommend it! If you cannot get a 3080, most people will be plenty happy with the 3070 and now 3070 Ti. They are still excellent options especially closer to the closer you can get to reference design price points even if they aren't necessarily reference design cards. The custom cards command higher price points and may offer better cooling solutions but...If you aren't overclocking your card I wouldn't spend excessive amounts of money for some of the more extreme designs.

Hits the sweet spot for performance and price. Slightly faster then a 3060ti and cheaper then a 3080 card. Thermals are great too!

Phenomenal card especially at this price point. It is true what they have been saying, this card is for sure faster than a 2080ti albeit not by a lot. I would say on average (in my experience) this card is roughly 3%-10% faster while gaming. This may not seem like that much, but it is $700 cheaper. That is crazy! You are getting slightly better performance than the 2080ti for less than half the cost. Amazing. I use the 3070 for 4k gaming, and I get a consistent 60fps at the minimum with all settings maxed out on almost every single game so far. Don't hesitate to buy this card if you are lucky enough to get one!

For the price this card has unbeatable value. It runs cool, looks great, and feels very premium. And don't forget the performance, basically a 2080 Ti with 8gb vram.

Shopping at bestbuy this time was a breeze. I had a bad experience before but this time it made me want to come back. I appreciate the way they have been handling these to prevent scalpers. Good card so far. It has been running smoothly powering an ultra wide monitor. Hitting ultra settings on all my favorite games like Skyrim SE, GTA V, Fallout 4, and now I can run crazy shaders on minecraft-don't judge me. Love the design of it, however a little sad that there is no light up logo.

This graphics card wasn't hard to get. People didn't get this card at launch because of how lazy they are. Know what time it goes live and you HAVE to be ready with ur credit card info already in and your logged in too. I had no problem getting this card. Now that ive had my pc for a long time its the best card i could get for 500 dollars. I did my research for about 2 months over the summer and built the pc myself. Its a 5 star for me because its worth the money Ive spent for it, plus i don't have to upgrade anytime soon so i can save up for a index or index 2 while i play vr on my rift s smoothly.

After a long time, I was able to get my hands on a RTX 3070 and it has performed well. As someone who does some editing and playing triple A games on PC. I would recommend this GPU.

Never played a lot of demanding games because I didn't have the processing power with the old MSI 1060 I had. Now, I can pretty comfortably run anything at the highest settings and downscaled 4k for my 1080p, 240hz monitor. From what I can tell I'm blowing 240 frames out of the water for competitive games like Apex legends, CS:GO, and Valorant. For $550 after tax this thing is an absolute unit, and I am super lucky to have gotten in on the most recent drop. If you ever have the opportunity to get this card for MSRP then you need to take it. It is absolutely worth it.

This GPU is small and light! It will fit in most cases. It performs on par with a 2080 TI for a fraction of the cost. Great value. Could have some lighting.

First, I should say BestBuy handled the whole drops really well. No matter how upset people get when they can't easily buy, this strategy was the best. you can get this card or others if you try hard enough. picked up mine today and I am extremely happy. the card is phenomenal and for the price, its absolutely worth it. street price is 3x the msrp and BestBuy has still been fairly dropping without artificial increases. Folks - do not lose hope, stay on top of the drops and keep trying. Thank you Best Buy!

I bought this because I am excited that 4k gaming seems to be here. I'm sure I'll need to upgrade in a few years, but the way the GPU market has been, this may depreciate fairly slowly during that time. I love the size, price, and power of the 3070 FE. Best Buy did an awesome job with the queue system and curbside pickup was a few days earlier that initial estimates. I am 100% satisfied, and more importantly, I feel fortunate to have been able to get a card. I wish the supply would increase so everyone else can get in on the fun.
