Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card's performance, price, and cooling capabilities, with many praising its ability to deliver high frame rates at 1440p resolution. They also appreciate the card's compact size and quiet operation. However, some customers express reservations about the 12-pin power connector and the lack of RGB lighting. The sleek design is another frequently mentioned positive aspect.

Best Buy has the best anti bot process to make sure only true customers get the card. The card itself is amazing and runs all the newest games without issue.

RTX 3070 1440p gaming
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RTX 3070 is a good value that can handle 1440p to 4k gaming depending on setting. At the price of $500 is a reasonable to play games at it's best. Runs very cool and quiet.

Great for 1440 p gaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great gpu for 1440 p gaming, also renders well! Low wattage as well so you can get away with a 650 watt psu np! Also best price on the market.

Great upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks sleek, perfect size for a micro-arx setup. Does a good job staying cool with 2 fans and gets great benchmarks. A little loud though. Starts getting pretty noticeable around 60% fan speed.

Solid performer, oddly positioned value...
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Nvidia RTX 3070 Founder's Edition is individually a good graphics card that occupies an awkward spot in the GPU stack from a value perspective. The 3070 FE is a beautiful piece of hardware with the new casing Nvidia has developed, gone are the days of the Founder's Edition cards being the worst cards from an aesthetics point of view. Pros: -The 3070 looks great in a case without being an absolute monster like a 3090 -Excellent overall performance up to 1440p high settings in AAA games -3070 boosts automatically in good thermal scenarios to achieve even higher performance Cons: -3070 is only slightly better than a 3060 TI yet $100+ more expensive..why not just get a 3060 TI -Running AAA games at 4k/60fps is just out of its range, you would need a 3080 to reach that performance level The 3070 is great at 1440p, but so is the 3060 TI. Going to the 3070 nets you about ~5% more fps over a 3060 TI at the cost of about 25% more cash, just not worth it in most scenarios as it doesn't exactly open up more tiers of performance. Meanwhile, most 4k gamers would find the 3070 lacking in horsepower and would need to move up to a 3080 to see a significant improvement in that regard. In simplest terms, get a 3060 TI if you're a 1440p gamer or get a 3080 if you're 4k gamer.

Perfect card.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent card for gaming and mining. Was lucky to only pay original MSRP for it. Lots of games get 144 fps on my 3440x1440 ultrawide. G-sync, dlss, and rtx are incredible features.

Great card if you can get
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Card works great. While it’s hard to get it is worth the wait. Especially since the tariff increase has affected all cards, but the FE cards so it seems. Good luck to all trying to get these

OEM is best.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans a little loud at 75% throttle and up but you don't really need it to run that high as the card runs pretty cool, never climbing above 70 C for me. I love the simple design of the FEs.

Awesome First GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: -Handles almost all games at 100+ FPS very high to ultra settings. The only game I couldn’t get to 100+ FPS was Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on Ultra settings which is perfectly fine because any non-competitive games don’t need more than 80 FPS in my opinion. Warzone on Very High settings with RTX on is 130-140 FPS with the occasional dip to 110FPS. RTX off doesn’t seem to change the FPS so I keep it on! -Good temps given a good case with proper airflow. I’ve found after a week of max capacity use that the GPU stays around 68-70C. That’s amazing considering the GPU is at 99% usage with low temps and only two fans. I also noticed as well that turning down settings doesn’t really lower temps so you might as well keep it on high to ultra settings. RTX on and RTX off doesn’t really change the FPS as mentioned above and it is the same when it comes to the temps. -Not as heavy as the 3080 and the 3090. As soon as I plugged it into my PCIe slot and screwed in the back port to my case, the 3070 was nice and snug with no slant at all. I borrowed an RX 580 from a friend and that thing was slanting a lot so it’s really nice to see the 3070 be snug. -Looks really nice. Although my entire setup is a black color theme, this GPU will go nice with almost all setups if you’re one to care. Cons: -8gb vram. Although it isn’t really a big deal and with DLSS becoming optimized and implemented into new games, I would have liked 10gb vram. This card will still be great for a year and a half before I really have to turn down settings from “very high to ultra” and go down to a custom “high” settings layout. I don’t mind though because I will be upgrading in 3-4 years when the 5000 series is released. Overall: This card is a beast. It is only worth it, however, if you can get the card at either MSRP or only a bit more over MSRP (I would say $100 over MSRP is the max you want to spend extra on for the Founder’s Edition, AIB is a whole other story). It is my very first GPU in my first PC build. Prior to this, I was a sad gaming laptop enthusiast, and now I am satisfied to no end with this amazing card. If you can get your hands on one (even if you were going for a 3080, which I was) you will NOT be disappointed.

Just what I expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cooling is very good, I decided to go with the founders edition because it runs much cooler than most 3rd party manufacturers. Great performance for the tier.

King of Value and Performance at this price point.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exceeds all expectations. For $500 you get the performance of a Geforce RTX 2080 Titan, a card that retails for double the price $999. This is the entry level card for next gen gaming on PC.

Quality GPU
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There may be faster options, but this is a great purchase for the price (if it can be found at MSRP). Performance is a solid boost from the last generation and the design is nice.

best looking 30 series card and still at msrp
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The FE models are the best looking 30 series card period. The are also some of the most compact cards, which are attractive if you are building a small factor pc. Having said that the smaller size does have some drawbacks, mainly thermals and noise. You kind of have to choose between ramping up the fans and dealing with a bit more fan noise and letting the chip run hotter than you may like. However, for at msrp and with such good looks, this is still your best bet for a 3070
