Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6 Graphics Card's impressive performance, efficient cooling, and relatively low power consumption. Many appreciate its compact size and quiet operation, along with the excellent frame rates achieved in games. However, some customers find the price to be a significant drawback, and a few have reported experiencing coil whine. The 12GB memory capacity has also been noted as potentially insufficient for some users.

Card performance great with almost 10% overclock and is much smaller than other models. Fan speed can get up to 1800 RPM under load but not too noisy.

HUGE 1440p performance gains from my 1080 Ti that I've been daily driving since 2016. Being able to have such huge performance gains without even needing to upgrade from a 550 Watt SFX PSU is INCREDIBLE.

The 4070 FE design is sleek and quiet. Performance is fantastic. Im not a gamer but using it for some A.I. research. I am very pleased with all aspects of this gpu.

The card is fast and it runs cool and quietly, in my cramped OEM case. I don’t understand the tepid reviews. This a nice card. I use it primarily for VR gaming and it works beautifully.

Great performance for a slightly overpriced product. Maybe Nvidia could tone down the "unboxing experience" for a cheaper price (although the unboxing experience is immaculate). I'm happy about its efficiency/thermal advantage over similar priced AMD GPUs and last-gen Nvidia GPUs.

Worth every penny. Runs cool and perfect for 2k gaming. For max performance pair it with an intel 13th gen processor. You will thank me.

Runs very smooth. Very happy with my purchase and always love the founders edition version of graphics cards. I personally prefer the one fan look to 2 fans.

This is an excellent 1440p GPU with ray tracing capabilities. One of the best mid-tier GPU's on the market and very competitive. Price is a bit high but still worth every penny.

It’s basically a 3080 brand new in the box for $599 but it uses less watts, is quieter, way better temperatures, and only 2-slot.

Performance is great. Temps are great, even in an ITX case. I have no problem getting over 60fps at 1440p in every game. This card is also quite opulent.

It’s a beautiful card. It performs phenomenally. The problem for me was coil whine. I thought this would be a great solution for a mini itx build. It wasn’t.

This is the best value NVIDIA 40 series GPU in my opinion. Although all the cards in this series are relatively expensive for what they offer, this card has been performing up to par with my expectations. I hope we don't keep normalizing high GPU prices though for future series

Its a bit overpriced, premium cards used to be 500 dollars, now lower mod tier cards are 600, i understand the reasoning and the excuses but they are making money hand over fist and still want more... over all, the card performance exceeds expectation coming from a 2080, it is a night and day difderence

Overall I'm very satisfied with the card, and did not mind spending the money for it. Upgraded from a 1660ti so the value of the card was significantly better. If you already own a 3000 series Nvidia card, then this may not be an ideal purchase. If you are working with a new build, or upgrading from an older card then I highly recommend this card. Paired with a Ryzen 7700 cpu and 32Gb of DDR5 Ram at 6000mhz, while the card was made for 1440p gaming, I use it at 1080p to achieve a solid 144hz on anything I throw at it. Also runs any VR titles flawlessly.
