Defective Item Experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this GPU a month ago, almost exactly. It has been deemed defective by Nvidia after a week of testing and diagnosis with their support team. I was given an RMA through Nvidia but this process takes weeks. So I contacted bestbuy to see if they can do anything. Furthering it was only fully usable at half of its capabilities (Do you expect me to assume its broken when I purchase it new?) I was told by a BestBuy support rep to go to the store with the Nvidia Approved RMA number and it will be exchanged or returned. I wasted a trip to bestbuy and was met with an aggressive, disrespecting and belittling rep who stood by this 15 day policy..laughed at me and put my phone in my face, told me to go through Nvidia as its not their problem anymore. She did not try to understand what I was saying or the situation AT ALL. Then proceeded to storm off before I could get any words in and left me with the very polite junior rep. The item is defective, I don't want to return it, I would simply like a replacement as I was under the impression I would get one. This is a disgraceful policy and service for an item like this. Well done BestBuy, lost another customer.

Know What You Are Buying
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a scummy re-release of the RTX 4070. This is the GDDR6 variant of the RTX 4070 FE. It is about 5% slower than the original RTX 4070 FE. The original RTX 4070 came with the faster GDDR6X memory. It is ok, if you know what you are buying. then you are informed. Otherwise, this was a poor and sinister decision by NGreedia; and it not the first time.
