Customers are saying
Customers highly value the GeForce RTX 4090's exceptional performance and impressive cooling capabilities, frequently citing high frame rates and quiet operation. However, the high price point and large size are common criticisms. While some users report minor coil whine, many praise the card's design and ability to run games at high resolutions. Concerns exist regarding the power connector's reliability and the card's significant weight.

The best
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is a beast. Anything is on the table with this card. Gaming, creation, you name it. It’s pricey but so much better than everything else, so you actually get what you’re paying for. If you can find one, get it. You won’t be disappointed.

Expensive but delivers where you expect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the card, super powerful and has lasted a year and a half so far without any issues. Expensive for sure, but I'm glad I swung for it.

Hang in there!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just grabbed one of these big boys last week, I'd been waiting about 6 weeks. Try to stay patient (dont cave and get a 4080 like I almost did) and you too will score one. Using an app like "Hot Stock" worked for me. Now on to the MOBO.

Fantastic
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great design and quality no issues. Keeps cool no longer do founders edition cookers from Nvidia allow gpu to thermal throttle it finally runs at less than 80° at all times max load for most cases

AMAZING
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most powerful card on the planet! The best part is that it stays cool. It rarely goes above 60 Degrees Celsius. Way better than the 3090.

Great!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install. Great color. Very fast. No problems. Runs cool. Runs great matched with ryzen 9-7950x3d. Originally had it paired with i9-12900ks and it worked fine but everything seemed hot and bottlenecked cpu a tad. Work way better with ryzen 9.

Expensive but worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card absolutely slays anything you throw at it. Im currently playing all my games at 4k. Im easily getting 100+ fps on most games i play. The only con is its pricey. I have had no issues with the adapter it came with. If your looking to make your pc really powerful this card is worth it.

Love this thing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an amazing card, I have heard both good and bad reviews about the Founders Edition cards, but this one is spectacular. It doesn’t get too hot, but runs everything splendidly. I can decode and debayer 8K R3D files in real-time with just the one. Plus all the top games right now are running at ultra with 75+ fps. This card specifically is smaller and cheaper than all the other ones, but I am seeing similar performance and incredible results with this one. The only thing it’s missing is a windows based control panel so I can see what’s going on inside it and monitor it’s vitals while I’m working. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Amazing card but pricey
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 4090 founders edition is a beast of a card and crushes whatever game I throw at it. Its suprisingly good value for the 40 series in terms of price-to-performance but ultimately is a lot of money overall so thats worth keeping in mind. Recommend if you can afford it.

Fastest GPU Period.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This GPU shreds any game I throw at it even at 4k. Just finished the included game Alan Wake 2 and it was a joy to behold at full max settings with DLSS 3 + FG enabled. Just get it if you can.

Simply the best
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just as the title says this is the best gpu on the market to date. Easily maxing out my 1440p 240hz monitor in any game i throw at it. Definitely worth it for a pc enthusiast that wants the best of the best.

Worth Every Penny
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have the opportunity to purchase this graphics card, you wont be disappointed. Coming from an RTX 3080 FE and playing at 4k resolution on LG ultragears was a breeze, gaining at least double the frames while playing on ultra settings. However, i will caution that despite all the good this card offers, there are some downsides. For example, the 12 pin cable they include in the box is currently notorious for causing fires if bent or tampered with a lot. In other words, my recommendation is to acquire a power supply that supports next gen 12 pin connectors or a 90 degree adapter from Cablemods.Secondly, my card arrived with a manufacturer defect, ascetically speaking, which is expected during the pandemic climate affecting asian countries producing these cards but fortunately performs great without any issues. Furthermore, if you can look past thes shortcomings, youll be pleased to find that this card doesnt disappoint in the steller performance youll experience.

Overpriced but great performance
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saved up and bought this card. I've paired it with a Ryzen 7700x. I performs well without any overclocking or tuning. It handles Cyberpunk and Starfield quite well (above 100 fps with frame generation on).

Beautiful Beast
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a beautiful beast of a card. Barley fits in most cases (should come with 90 degree power cables). Does get hot when putting in the work, and man does it plow thru work. Using for work (drafting and 3D) not games.

Awesome Graphics Card
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, this is probably one of the fattest graphics cards I have ever bought, thankfully it fits in my NZXT Elite case but just barely. Its reliable and very good in performance wise and aesthetically pleasing to look at.~

Steep price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a 3080ti, loved that card, but this card is a beast. I'm happy I found one and I got it at MSRP. In a perfect world, would have been about 500 bucks less.

Unbelievable graphics card for a large pc case
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow I can’t believe I actually got one !! I joined the Nvidia GeForce experience and was notified I was invited to purchase an Nvidia 4090 founders edition graphics card through Best Buy as Best Buy is the only retailer that sells the founders edition Nvidia card, this graphics card is a beast in both size and performance,I absolutely love it,it requires a large case,I’m a little concerned about the 16 pin pci cable melting at the bend,I’ve never experienced this myself but cable mod has a cable that is already bent at a 90 degree angle I’m waiting to get one, cyberpunk 2077 plays flawlessly at 4k with ray tracing ,same with dying light 2,if a person is patient you don’t have to deal with scalpers,I was able to get a 3080 graphics card a couple months after release for my last pc in 2021,really scalpers exist because people buy from them and it’s their own fault,Best Buy has always treated me right and I trust them

The GOAT
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally got one. Has revised power connector now, which has shorter sense pins so it won’t melt when improperly seated. Great performance, thermals and design.
