A: they actually seem to be the only company doing something to combat scalpers. the last drop they had i believe was on 10/19/22 you were put in a que to buy the product and you were only allowed to ship to store and pick it up in person
A: I'm pretty sure it's a marketing trick to increase the value and status and demand of these GPUs. They aren't actually high demand. How many people spend that much money on GPUs? 3 out of 10 people that want an upgrade. Cause these are for enthusiasts, no average gamer would pay more than 500 for a computer part. So the "high demand" is either created by the scalpers, or the factory only makes a few of these little by little to create this problem. They benefit cause their cards become more popular.. So to answer the question, WAY more of these exist in scalper stocks than inside actual computers from gamers. The scalpers use this as a business. It's like the mafia. They go buy every card that exists from anywhere to make sure that people HAVE to get them from them so they can make easy quick money... It's sad
A: You can enter nvidia's priority program that allows you to have nvidia reserve one for you and nvidia will ship it directly to your house. Then you won't have to deal with this horrible shop called best buy because it is not best buy, it should be worst buy.
A: Nvidia is actually doing a pre-verification process that you are selected if you run Geforce Experience and you have a certain GPU generation. Once you get pre-verified, then you will get a custom link to Best Buy to see if there are any stock available. I actually just received my pre-verification from Nvidia and just got done ordering my 4090 FE from Best Buy about an hour ago. They still have stock and they are actively fighting s GPU scalping.
Q: How often they go into stock
A: Never
A: All morning? Ive been trying all month. Totally sick of this considering i have $1700~ for this jags and all i see is scalper bs pricing, which i refuse to particpate in. #Salty
A: Same issue this morning. Its the bots reminding us that we are not worth of this purchase.
A: It is all a big joke!! We mean nothing to all these distributers!! Let the big wheels get the cards first so they can sell them for even higher price. We sit around and wait 2 years and still get screwed!!!
