Great product I highly recommend the streaming device over Apple TV quality picture quality sound

There is nothing that comes close to matching what you do with the shield. Game, browse the web, music, use as a server and of course watch all your favorite shows. I have had the original for 4 years and never once had a problem with so had to get another one for our game room.

I bought this item strictly for watching 4k movies. I use VUDU which is free for certain films and this works out really well.

It is dependable and good quality. I wish it had the newest Hulu app on it that allows for streaming live tv through Hulu. The Hulu app currently available on this Shield is the old one and there doesn't seem to be a way to update it.

This product was easy to set up and hardwires into the internet. Remote is different, but overall we like the box.

I have used a few Android based streaming media players in the past few years. I must say, this is the best of all of them. Hands down winner. Amazing quality, great with the updates and the Plex Server is an added bonus. Winner all the way.

The build quality is excellent. Remote is solid, responsive and pairs easily with device, built with metal. Scrolling through the player interface is fast and apps open quickly, very little lag compared to other media players. Integrates well with Google Home and Android Devices.

This is my 2nd Shield. I cut off my FIOS & just kept the internet. I use my Shields for TV shows & movies. I caught up on TV shows with a DVR before but now I just use an app to find the show & watch the episode. This is the best Android TV box out there! 4K playback is nice!

While firestick and Roku are available at a much lesser price purchasing this at the present cost is the best thing one can do if you are a cord cutter or an Online tv user (Hulu tv, Youtube tv). Buying at bestbuy is a further advantage if you are protected by geek squad!!

Very pleased with the show selection and the speed and capability of the product. The voice control is right on target.

This works great as a media streamer and as a Plex Server. The one down side is that Nvidia no longer offers the Micro SD slot on this device - so now you have fewer options for adding memory. Instead - you may want to consider the Pro version (which seldom goes on sale).

I can't say enough about the Nvidia Shield oh, it just works. In my opinion this is the top-of-the-line streamer for online video content. Nvidia keeps the software up to date while constantly adding new features.

Got this on advice from a friend. Works GREAT as a plex server. That being said, it can be better. I have to restart every few days, and the memory is tiny. I had to install an external USB flash drive to expand the memory to become usable. Any network drives have to be remounted manually whenever the device is restarted. Aside from that, I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a streaming device.

I bought so many of these things, the company needs to send me a thank you check. I just can't get enough. I love using it for all of my streaming app. Keep everything in one spot.

This is the best streamer on the market..... the price is worth it because you can watch anything in HD, play games, listen to music, install apps, etc. It is a top notch product and deserves every bit of extra praise!!! If you need a streamer get one!!!

Very useful bundle of streaming media player which supports gaming. Apps are plenty due to Android based operating system. The fact that it includes Google Assistant is another plus. Would be too much if all you want is streaming though.

I have the old nvidia shield, and bought this one for a 2nd TV. the new one is a lot smaller but has the exact same functionality as the original. I hope the non rechargable battery lasts longer than the rechargable battery in the original remote.

I use this device as a dedicated 4K media player and media server and this device has served me well!

The Nvidia Shield is still the best 4k media streamer on the market. The only thing that isn't as good as the original version is the lacking IR sensor for using third party control systems, you need to upgrade to the Pro version to get the IR sensor.

The gaming box is awesome 1080 quality and sound. And I love it and it's real simple.
