Unfortunately, this product just didn't work well for me. Using the d-pad in any of my games would result in a game crashing to desktop. CTD everytime. It also turns out that this controller isn't compatible with the latest of Nvidia drivers. At the time of this writing, my driver version is 398.96 It's a real shame too because this controller is very comfortable. I ended up returning this item. I hope other's have a better experience than I did.

The connection setup to my PC was easy, but my character kept looking up without me touching it and I could not understand why. I googled it and read the reviews on it and it seems to be a common problem with this controller. Overall, great quality built controller and great appearance but terrible manufacturer issue. I would definitely recommend keeping the reciept/packaging if you want to teat your luck and buy this controller.

I got used to it but the main issue there is no way to turn it off, even if you remove Bluetooth from the Shield this darn thing still stays on. Always was dead. Even tried bringing it across the house so no signal would be found, and.. still on.. and still died

It’s a bit larger than than a traditional Xbox one controller. And the “boxy” nature of the flat angles used for design make for actual pressure points or sharps edges while holding it. The cost isn’t that much better compared to original equipment.
