Cheap and Poorly Manufactured

If you’re expecting comparable protection to an Otter case, look elsewhere. My kids haven’t dropped their switch, yet, but if they do, the case clearly won’t make a difference and, if you read the fine print, they don’t even offer any valid guarantees or protection. Honestly, I don’t know why Best Buy is even carrying this product. Someone in their procurement department was clearly scammed. Also, the so-called joy-con covers are worthless and they don’t even work in the handsets. In other words, you have to remove them to use the joy-cons in the steering wheels, handheld chargers, handsets, etc.
