I bought this with the Xbox 360 holiday bundle and a second controller. The controllers come stock with normal alkaline batteries. I was shocked since the PS3 came with rechargable lithium batteries. This charger comes with 2 NiCd rechargeable batteries so they don't last as long as the PS3 controllers. But, they charge fairly quickly. Good upgrade from buying batteries all the time.

I was so sick of always buying batteries that this seemed like a no brainier. I don't know why it took me so long to buy these. Well worth it.

I actually use this brand of charger for PS3, PS4, Xbox One, and 360. I got sick of the charger cables, and this is an elegant solution.

Works as intended, I just wish Microsoft would make it so you didn't need to buy products like this to make controllers rechargeable.

The Nyko battery charger is the way to go on xbox 360. Never had a problem with it since I have had my 360. Love this charger

does as its intended i have no real complaints looking to see if they make one for the ps4 and will pick one up for that as well

Needed new battery packs for my controllers since the last two seemed to just die off to fast. I'm not sure if family members switched them on me, can't prove it, thus I needed some new packs... So far, so good. I'm still on my 360, where everyone else has moved to the One. Shouldn't have the "switch" issue anymore... :-D

We have charging stations for two of our game systems. We kept putting off getting one for the xbox, what were we thinking! The batteries last twice as long as regular throwaways. Not to mention, you don't have to keep throwing them away and the money savings!
