Ports are quite snug be careful.

Failed attempt at a quality peripheral
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Nyko Gamecube adapter to be able to play Super Smash Bros Ultimate on my Switch in multiplayer with friends. Due to the unusual rarity of the original item produced bt Nintendo, this third party accessory was the only device available. The casing is cheap plastic and very light. The controller inputs are too tight fitting, and when you need to remove the wired inputs you must force them out of the adapter. There are better products available elsewhere at this price point. I just wish Nintendo had actually produced enough of these to go around, instead of charging everyone extra to buy limited edition wired controllers, and not have enough adapters to actually use them. It would also be nice if Nyko actually tried for once and did not make this so cheap.

Ripped plug out of my gamecube controller

Boy was I wrong, the plugs are so tight that upon trying to unplug my Gamecube controller from the adapter the black plastic plug inside the metal part of the controller started to slide out of the controller. Not risking any further damage to my Gamecube controller using this piece of junk. I returned it and will get a official Nintendo one secondhand.

It works well with games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but not with others that require more buttons. It is a cheap and easy way to enjoy multiplayer games with friends.
