I already had the ray ban meta and love ! I just got this Oakley vanguard meta ! I also love it !

I have thr rayban metas and these. The oakley vanguards feel flimsy in compairson. Also they grip my head too tight giving me a headache.

Have had a couple of Bose including the tempo and shockz road. These ones are truly my favourite for fit and audio. I don’t really use the camera so can’t comment on it too much but the few pics I take have been good although if you wear a hat then the brim will be seen at the top of all pictures.

I wnjoyed the unboxing exproence. There was quite a lot to unpack when i recieveed my package. The lenses are great, used it for flight training. Since its non polarized, I was able to use my ipad without the screen disappearing. Additionally, I enjoyed the different video settings on the glasses. Sometimes the 3k resolution is too crispy, the video wuslity starts to get buggy. Sound quality is surprisingly pretty good but don’t put it on full volume because it distorts the sound quality. The battery life is a bame chnager. That extra hour actually makes a difference.

I’m honestly impressed with the Oakley Meta sunglasses. The sound quality is clear and immersive, the camera is super convenient for capturing moments hands-free, and they still look and feel like premium Oakleys. Comfortable for all-day wear, seamless Meta integration, and perfect for workouts, travel, or daily use. These exceeded my expectations and are easily the coolest tech accessory I own.

For the price the quality is not there for me. Maybe I am using it for the wrong thing. I wanted it for an action camera but the video quality is choppy. Pros: 1. The battery life is excellcent. I charge it once mid day for all day use. 2. They are comfortable to wear all day without them digging into your ears. 3. Cons: 1. They are worth $300 at most, not 5/6 with warranty. Too expensive. 2. Phone calls with them are not reliable, 80% of the time the person on the other end says they cant hear me and I have to literally yell and sometimes even that doesnt work. When it does work it is very convenient. 3. Brightness does not adjust/focus well when when recording. Default is 1080p I had it set to 3k and max record at 3k is 3 mins. 4. The lenses are plastic so they will stratch overtime.

Very comfortable, they are not that heavy like people are saying, really nice camera and because its a center camera has better angle of film than others metas. Nice quality ver nice built.

Really great cycling glasses. Not too dark for commuting but good visibility. Speaker lacks bass but sounds pretty okay, just need to select the right songs for speakers. The real key here for me is the high speed phone microphone. With these glasses I can chat with my wife/friends at upto 28 mph without the wind noise irritating them. As someone who values multi-tasking, this is key to me getting a morning ride in while also getting some family calls done. Video quality is cool for taking videos of the family/people but sucks for outdoor capture. The long (phone style) camera ratio sucks when you're on a bike because it captures the road but none of the surroudings. In terms of the AI features. Meta AI is pretty terrible compared to the leading brands. Its useful enough for being able to skip songs, take pictures without having to pull my phone out on a ride. So that's a mild improvement. Don't expect to be able to have real AI conversations with it... I'd love to be able to switch it over to google gemini or chatgpt.

These glasses are a must-have for active lifestyles! The camera quality is sharp and crystal clear. The 3k mode really showcases what I am seeing in great detail. The voice commands are ok, but I used the button more often. The open-ear audio is perfect for music and calls without blocking outside sounds. Battery life is solid, and the fast-charging case is super convenient. At my last Spartan Race, the glasses lasted for about 4 hours. Not ideal for really long runs; my race was about 14 miles and took me 6.5 hrs to complete, but if I had the case with me, I could have charged them up between the obstacle challenges (which was the main reason for recording during this race). However, I didn't bring it because it was too bulky for my water vest. One thing I learned you can save on battery usage is to keep the glasses disconnected from your phone and disabling voice commands. However, disconnecting from your phone means that the glasses cannot offload the photos and videos, so the internal storage may fill up fast if you are recording in 3k for a max of 3 mins each time. Also, while taking a photo to see what my experience would look like while wearing my hat, the front brim of the hat covered some of the photo. I decided to wear my hat backwards so as not to get it in the shot. Great fit for running, OCR, cycling, and hiking. Worth every penny! Pros: Excellent photo and video quality Comfortable, secure fit for sports Clear open-ear audio for music and calls Fast-charging case with long battery life Hands-free voice commands Cons: No expandable storage/SD card slot No landscape photo mode Cannot wear a hat with these glasses, or you will see the brim in the video/photo. Was hesitant to purchase but was going on a cruise so decided to take a chance. They were excellent and I was able to capture pics/vids on the go easily. I also wore them during workouts/runs and they worked great for music as well as capturing images running. Surprising they stayed on my face easily during runs.

These are hands down the nicest pair of oakleys i've had. Paired with the functionality of Meta, you cant go wrong. The camera provides very high quality videos and pictures. I highly recommended these for content creators on the go to free up their hands and attention.
