Highly recommend this game if you like the old school final fantasy games. I grew up/loved them and this game has all the fun game play and story lines.

Received as a birthday gift and loved to play! Played a few times through and can say its one of my favorite RPGs to date.

Love this game so much more than I though I would or even could. Do yourself a favor and download the demo, after 3 hours you will want to purchase it!!

This game went beyond my expectations and actually was one of the best RPGs of the past few years. I really wish SE would make more games like this.

Like I said, the battle system and systems related to it are great and fun. Unfortunately the story gets repetitive and the characters aren't well developed. With that said I enjoyed the game all the way through. If you have any nostalgia for 2d RPGs, you will like this game.

Such an amazing game. Like jrpgs? This have you covered. Like classic snes/nes rpg feel ? Got it Like classic graphics? Got it. This game seriously has all of that plus a great story and a fun twist in how the stories are told. I love how you can start with any character and then have choice about where your story goes and who gets added to your party next. I don’t want yo spoil any of the story so I’m going to just end the review here saying...classic rpg fans will not be disappointed!

If you have a lot of time to put into this game its worth it. The graphics are absolutely amazing and it makes me love my switch even more

Gorgeous hybrid between a 3D and 2D pixelated RPG! One of the best in the genre. Very long though if you intend to beat it with every character

Classic JRPG. Feels like old school Final Fantasy. The Jobs add great depth. If you like turn based games, this is for you. Exploration and experimentation is rewarded.

This game is a throwback to the JRPGs of old and I am loving it! I have put 35 hours into it since launch and I don't plan on stopping until the end.

One of the best JRPG I played on switch. The graphics, sounds and gameplay are really good.

This is a great game, it reminds me of a game I used to play called "Final Fantasy 4 Heroes of Light" which has been an all time favorite of mine.

I grew up with turned based jrpgs and this brought back fond memories. Loved everything about the game. I just hope I have enough time to finish it

Octopath has an amazing art style and classic turn based fighting mechanics with enough fresh ideas to make a fun 40-100+ hr game.

Fun and engaging, the voice acting brings the 2dHD style to life. Not a game that is revolutionary but a great rpg that hits all the right notes

Don’t let the graphics fool you. This game is a gem. 80+ hours of gameplay with what is in my opinion, the best turned based gameplay of all time.

Octopath traveler is amazing. Lots of characters, great storylines, and fun, classic rpg gameplay. Definately a must own for fans of classic rpgs!
