Only the second notable RPG on the switch but it is a good one. Good gameplay and a great value for its length.

Octopath Traveler exists both as an homage to 90s era JRPGs as well as an evolution of them. The mechanics and combat are almost slavishly dated, while the storytelling and presentation blaze a new path for the genre. The result is a game that SNES nerds like myself will fall in love with, while everyone else will wonder what the big deal is. If you're part of the niche audience this game is shooting for, however, you'll probably love it just like I did.

I enjoyed this simple RPG from square enix for the art style, simple combat and explorationand simply from being a fan of the developers previously.

The game has been great, and very reminiscent of the old school rpg games. Very enjoyable and likely characters!

I downloaded the demo for this and a few hours later decided to get it. Have not been able to put it down since.

It really takes you back to a time when jrpgs ruled the world. It’s such a great game and worth every penny.

Possibly the best game for the Nintendo Switch. If nothing else a close second only to Mario and Zelda: BOTW.

Great old school jrpg gameplay style with modern graphics. If you’re into old school jrpg’s it’s a no brainer

This game is amazing, if you are any kind of fan of old school snes or psx RPGs then you will love this game.

This game is a unique game. Reminds me of my childhood when I was playing the old snes final fantasy 2 and 3.

I’ve loved this game so far. The various stories are intriguing, yet fairly simple and I love the art style.

Great title, a must get for Switch owners especially since RPGs are lacking in the library at the moment.
