This is a must buy if you are a fan of JRPGs and pixel graphics. The look of this game is truly unique and a beauty to behold. With 8 different characters to explore and each character having their own unique abilities you will have countless hours of fun. This is a must buy for any Switch owner that enjoys RPGs.

This game is such a great throwback to SNES-era JRPGs. The gameplay, music, and art are absolutely FANTASTIC! Definite must-play game for any JRPG fans. The special edition comes with a really cool pop-up book. Super unique inclusion, but it works (mostly due to the "diorama" art style the game has).

Definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes JRPGs - the battle system is engaging, the design is beautiful, and I generally enjoy the individual characters' stories.

Let me start by saying Octopath Traveler as a game is 5 stars. It is a throw back to the Final Fantasy days of Super Nintendo and is all sprite models in the game. I have to comment that the wayfarer edition of the game kinda sucks. The pop up book is very shoddy. Mine came with pieces already torn. Also the book is attached to the collector box so you can't really display it. The coin and cd are fine but the map is tiny and lacking as well. It is NOT worth the extra money for this collector edition.

I'm really enjoying the game itself, but the extras in the "Wayfarer's Edition" could have been better. The map and coin are nice trinkets and a soundtrack is always a cool bonus. The pop-up book is the extra special thing here, but the whole package suffered from being cheaply made. The box itself doesn't hold together well and as a result the coin had slipped from its holder and was sliding around inside the folds of the cardboard. The pop-up book had a couple pieces that had separated because the glue didn't hold properly. For a $40 premium, I feel like it should have been better quality.

This collectors edition is very nice. Most collectors editions start around $150 so $100 doesn’t seem too bad. The quality is there and the game is a lot of fun

This title is the Nintendo Switch port of Rayman Legends by Ubisoft. This is one of the best 2D platformers you can purchase today. Combined with the fact that the Nintendo Switch is a portable system, and Rayman Legends is a must purchase for any fan of the genre.

If you're a fan of RPG's and have a Nintendo Switch, then you need to pick up this game. It's got the nostalgic old-school feel to it that makes it so great. 8 paths to follow (hence the name) which makes for tons of replay value. It's definitely worth the price.

If you've been craving a unique JRPG from the good old days without having to blow the dust off of one of your old consoles, look no further!

Nice set for collectors. The full soundtrack you can import from Amazon.jp once it's released but the sampler will probably be enough for most people

The collectors edition is pretty stacked and doesn't include those nonsense ugly looking statues. Would have been great if BestBuy didn't use their grosses sticker on it. Thanks BestBuy for ruining a collector's item.

What a great RPG! It takes the Bravely Default mechanics and improves upon them in a really interesting way. And wow, that art is just gorgeous! High fidelity pixel arts meets a diorama presentation for a spectacular look in every scene.

I'm a huge fan of JRPGs, and this one definitely tries to drum up some nostalgia for SNES-era RPGs like Final Fantasy VI. I've finished the first chapter for six out of the eight protagonists so far, and while the individual stories have been mostly engaging, it doesn't seem like their stories are going to interweave very much. If you're looking for a really story-driven RPG, this game might not be your top pick, but if you're looking for a fun experience that also makes you feel like a kid, pick this game up.

If you love strat rpgs like I do, then this is the one for you. Battle system is great. Character arcs can get repetitive.

Love this special edition of Octopath Traveler. It has a lot of great extras, like a cloth map, CD, pop up book, and replica coin. They all complement the game well, and are a worthwhile purchase IMO.

I am really enjoying this game. The art style is beautiful and the packaging for this edition is impressive.

Octopath traveller is pretty good but not perfect. If you want a modern take on a 90s SNES title, go for it.

This limited edition is amazing. I love the fact they add that nice see through sheath to protect the box itself. Contents are a great addition to the game itself and overall a true showpiece.

The game is pretty awesome, has plenty of side quests to fill out an already long game. If you're looking for an amazing JRPG experience with a modern twist, this is it. Get this game.

This game is a ton of fun. The package is put together very well. The whole package looks great amongst books on a shelf. A real collectors special edition to keep for years to come.
