This game pulls on the hearts strings of us old school super nintendo jrpg fans. This mixes the feel of FF6, Chrono Trigger and Secret of mana all rolled into one. Get this game if you miss games with a good story and characters.

This is the best JRPG to come out in the last couple of years. This game is made by the same sub company in Square Enix that makes the Bravely Default series. It has eight different campaigns and the combat is turn based.

Octopath Traveler is a very pleasant surprise. It's a throwback to classic JRPGs, but much more than that with a unique look and engaging gameplay and characters. The limited edition package is great and worth the price.

This was the first collector's edition I picked up, and it does not disappoint. The soundtrack is on constant play in my car, and the diorama is sitting on my shelf right now.

A great game with a different type of special edition. It's creative but the price tag might make you rethink if you should buy it for the price. If you appreciate the artistic papercraft, then definitely buy it.

This game is an excellent example of the magic that captured my enthusiasm for RPG's back in the 90's. They have done an excellent job of making the visuals gorgeous while maintaining the classic 16bit aesthetic. The game also iterates masterfully on the classic turn based combat style. The weaknesses of the game are the entirely divergent narratives. At this point in the game the unifying story is essentially non-existent. Otherwise a great game and an easy recommendations.

Great game with almost endless story and character banter/interaction. Enjoy different jobs, abilities and path actions to play out the stories of your characters. Definitely worth every penny.

A fun and interesting game that tells the story of 8 unique characters. Likewise, the Wayfarers Edition specifically is one of the better “collectors editions” I’ve had the pleasure of owning.

The wayfarer edition comes with alot of nice thing, coin, map popup book. The game is very nice and one of the grestest JRPG on the nintendo switch. Wonderful game to play. Cant put it down.

This game has the perfect blend of old school meets now in gaming. It shoves the envelope in a new direction as well as keeps it classy. Love this edition as it comes with a lot of goodies!

Octopath Traveler is a throwback to the golden age of JRPG. The art style is simply gorgeous, the soundtrack is beautifully written. This game is a must have for any Nintendo Switch owner.

However the special edition is not as wonderful as it appears. The glue was placed improperly resulting in the art book being crooked. Get the regular edition you'll thank me later.

The game is great so far (40 hours in) and the promise of classic RPG gameplay and storytelling has so far been fulfilled. Can't wait to wrap up all of the individual stories!

Let's you play through 8 storylines that seem to mesh with great flow. This is the spiritual successor to the Bravely Default series and it lives up to the expectations.

This game is essentially the spiritual successor of Final Fantasy VI. It is a lot of fun and my fiance and I are enjoying it a lot. I recommend it if you are into JRPGs

Music is amazing. Incredibile SNES-like rpg with high difficulty. Glad I bought this one to keep sealed, it's bound to be pricey a few years down the road.

This is a CE I am happy to add to my collection. Besides the game itself being fantastic, I especially enjoy the pop-up book! The CD sampler is also a musical treat.

Definitely a must get if you're a fan of the Bravely Default series. I thoroughly enjoy this game and am looking forward to spending dozens of hours completing it.

This is a great old school RPG. If you like FF6, you will love this. The combat is a lot like Bravely Default and is the highlight of the game. It's worth playing.

The pop-up book built into the case alone is well worth the price. The game itself is a masterpiece from what I've played so far. Classic Square Enix at its best.
