I have been unable to download and install this product on my new laptop. Nothing works, including the support.

Went to install software, and it stated that the code was already being used.

This product use to include Outlook, but it no longer does. It is noted as “classic” which is deceptive.

I haven't used Microsoft Office on a regular basis for a few years now but this version of it seems just as good as I expected. For reference, I installed this on my MacBook Pro. PowerPoint now has support for 3D and embedded fonts and there are now captions for audio available, which are some helpful options. All of the apps have the availability to customize the ribbon, which is extremely helpful. Word has things like ink effects, roaming pencil case, and tilt effects now available. One of the things I like the most in Word is focus mode, which makes it so you can concentrate on the content in your document without any screen clutter. Excel now has some new functions that have been added. There is also an accessibility checker available, which is great. I think the last time I bought Microsoft Office there was an accessibility checker in Word but not in Excel. In Excel, you can also show data on a 2D map and there are funnel charts available now. OneNote synced up easily. I have never used OneNote often on my computer. Instead, I use the OneNote app on my tablet. Overall, all parts of Microsoft Office seemed just as good as I was used to and has some new interesting things available. The first thing I set up in all four applications of Microsoft Office was the Quick Access Toolbar, which I find imperative. I started using Microsoft Office in the 1990s when I was in junior high school. And have used almost every version of it since then for junior high, high school, college, and then work. It is only over the last five years that I haven't used it often, and I am glad to see that it hasn't changed that much since I stopped using it on a daily basis. I really do recommend it. I have never found another Office suite that I like as much as Microsoft Office.

Bought it for a new computer, returned computer, could not use it on my old computer because it is a one time load.

Not working. Installed by geek squad. Now pc will not start. Bad for new pc

I purchased my iMac 12/19. No-one will help me install Office Home and Student. No one to help me.

We don’t know how to use it. Is there a tutorial? How do you pull it up on a MAC?

I cannot get the Email Instructions to redeem the last two items on this my order.

Easy to upload and activate. Exactly what I need to accomplish my household, office and business work with.

Windows 10 is the most confusing difficult OS I've ever tried to use. Not enjoying the process at all.

This works well and is easy to install. Includes the basic office features (Word, Excel, One Note).

I could not install it in my mac after arriving in the Philippines

Microsoft Office has been around for nearly as long as Windows. The 2019 edition adds a few useful features centered around focus and collaboration. There are some new Excel functions useful for summarizing, and a cool new Morph function in Power Point. MS sells Office on either a subscription or one-time license basis. This version is the one time purchase. It only comes with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS has plans to update Office every few weeks if you’re on the subscription plan. However, you pay dearly for that privilege as the amount shown on Best Buy’s site is only for 1 year’s access to the software. After that, you have to purchase it again! This version requires a one-time payment, then you will have a license for as long as you’d like (or until MS stops supporting Office). The additional features in each version are often not significant. Compatibility has been maintained since 2010 and this version is no different. The only exception would be if you find yourself wanting to save files to a cloud drive and sharing them with others. For collaboration in MS Office, the subscription to Office 365 gives you 1TB of storage, along with the regular updates. MS is mostly focused on collaboration features going forward. As a result, I’d expect fewer changes in whatever version comes after Office 2019. You’ll notice that MS no longer offers the ‘Student and Teacher’ version of Office. That’s because it’s offered for free to any school that wants to deploy it. In many public schools, your student has a license to install Office applications on up to 5 devices (PC, Mac, iPad, Android phone, etc). If your home qualifies, this may be your best option to have key MS technology at a VERY reasonable cost.

each program had to be signed in separately. I would not recommend this product.

It is a license for 1 user only one one device. Very disappointed
