    Its a comfortable chair but wuen i got it the shock was already broke. It wont stay up when i sit in it. It will just sink back down.

    I spent two frustrating hours trying to align the screws to the appropriate "holes" on the seat, back-rest and the armrests to no avail. Some of the "holes were mis-aligned by a quarter inch making it impossible to assemble. Poor engineering and poor Quality- Control by the manufacturer. I do not blame Best Buy for this problem. I returned the chair to my local BEST BUY store.

    this chair is like sitting on pillows I'm planning on getting me another one it's very easy to assemble all you have to do is put the wheels on the bottom and then call someone and say hey I can't assemble this chair and then boom it's assembled easy peasy lol
