A: bolt holes or screws poorly made to thread straight for the arms. I used a larger allen wrench and just cross threaded them with elbow greese until I got them all the way in. To bad they didn't use same holes and bolts they used for the seat. They were great.

A: My Best Buy store does not carry any chairs in stocks . So that was not a option. Amazing how they can pack in all in such a small box.

My husband loves it!
This chair is so soft and comfy. My husband put it together and it was to easy. He actually loves his chair as well. Im still putting his office together but he love it thus far.
