It makes it sit slightly lopsided. Emailed company per instructions, zero response.

The chair is HORRIBLE ! ZERO padding. I've only used it for a few weeks and can feel the plastic bottom of the chair. I will have no choice but to throw it away ! It is painful to sit in.
