Q: Something is wrong with one of the holes for attaching an arm. We managed to get 3 of the bolts in the arm but not one of the bolts will go in the last one for the right side. Help.

A: bolt holes or screws poorly made to thread straight for the arms. I used a larger allen wrench and just cross threaded them with elbow greese until I got them all the way in. To bad they didn't use same holes and bolts they used for the seat. They were great.

A: My Best Buy store does not carry any chairs in stocks . So that was not a option. Amazing how they can pack in all in such a small box.
