Screws that went into the arms were a night mare. Took me an hour to put in 6 screws . Kept trying to cross thread and most likely all did. Had to use a larger allen wrench to get them all the way in.

He says it is very comfortable overall considering he has accidentally broke his tailbone and did permanent damage to the nerves that make it difficult to sit for long periods of time without pain. He does have one issue with the arms of the chair and how fair out they come. It makes it difficult to sit the way he prefers which is why it lost a star , other than that great char so far.

Very comfortable but falls apart

The arms rests came apart over time and we got a new one to give it another chance. The left arm restbis coming loose again though and the caps to cover the screws pop out for some reason.

Just look what your seeing in front of peoples front yards in the garbage, These are faux leather chairs that your seeing. Don't waste your money. I'm not picking on Best Buy but this type of material in general just does not hold up or last long at all.
