I broke my leg while operating this scooter and cannot walk for 12 weeks.

Does not do faster then 10 miles most of the time. But is well built and can take a lot of Potholes.

I am a Best Buy employee and have been trying this scooter for 3 weeks. I love the portability of the scooter. It is made well and sturdy, doesn’t feel like a toy or something that could fall apart easily. The ability to start the scooter at stand still or by peddling is a very nice feature. I would recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a good commuter or scooter for fun. If you’re looking for more speed Okai offers a Pro model that is faster with more range.

Quick setup. Feels solidly built and stable. Good value. Disc brake works well. Adjustable bar height might be a nice feature but I am of average height so it fits great. Range expectations may vary - my first long range effort came up short of claimed range but to be fair it was cold, hilly, windy, and I had the throttle on max basically the whole time. Impressed so far!

This scoot is a lot of fun. Easy to use for any age and really fast. It folds down nice to carry, has a bright headlight and a little bell to alert others. The tires are nice and large too. It really brakes well too with the disc brake and Electronic ABS

This is an amazing Scooter! Quite, fast, great handling and braking. I love the customization of the lights and other items through the app. Super easy to link and track all the scooters for the whole family. Great idea for a family gift!

This scooter was actually better than my espectation, was very easy to use once getting it out the box n put to charge read the instructions of what it could do n it having 3 modes , you can lets your kids use n change the speed for them so its not to fast n then you can change the mode to go faster , that was pretty cool. N the fact that it came with a light up in the front the was awsome now i dont have to rent out a scooter when i go out i could just bring it with me everywhere in the car n take it out n just ride

I'm a Best Buy employee and this is probably the best Sub-$500 you'll ever find! It has the same fit and finish as the $850 Neon Pro, which is also gorgeous! If you don't need the top speed or extra range of the Pro, you won't be disappointment with the Lite!

This was great while it lasted which was literally 4 mos. of campus mobility for my daughter away at college. Brought it home working fine- except the kick stand broke off ( with no replacements available). Then after storing inside for two months, it would not turn on and hasn't been able to be used since. Best Buy would not help - (not even covered with their service plan). The Okai company after several calls and emails asked for videos to be sent in to show the problem, which we did provide- and we were told to mail it back in its original box and pay for shipping so they can look at it- poor customer service response & no help there either. -Stuck with a scooter that won't turn on after being charged. Useless, huge waste of money- no help with Best Buy or Okai. I thought it was hard to find parts or repair because it was a new product or company. Now, I have read several similar stories of the same issues so that means they know they are selling a flawed product and they just don't care to provide service. It's an expensive scam.

Great scooter! Bought this for my daughter who is off to college. She loves it! Uses it every day to get from dorms to class. Lights are cool!

have this scooter now for 2 years. the first 3 months until the tires wear out are great. but a pricey scooter should last longer and easier to fix. replaced the tires 3 times now, and it is always a pain. Brake pads 3 times and now it doesn't even turn on. two years and the thing is done. reviewing how to possibly swap out a battery, not worth the time or effort. this thing is designed to end up in a landfill after 12 months tops, it takes effort to get it too last longer. junk brand, junk support, bad for the environment as cannot be easily repaired and maintained.

crap product, I have had this thing for 3 months. the battery dies after I ride it to work the gym and back home... a total of 7 miles. I clled support and they tell me to send it back in the original box, make sure it is clean (or they wont service it), and they will inspect it. But they charge $75 plus return shipping and handling and a box fee if they don't find anything--- and it takes 4-6 weeks. I'm no dummy- we all know they will find some reason to say it isn't their problem... but mine. So no thank you. Id rather sell it as a loss.

My teenager loves this scooter! They ride everywhere in the neighborhood and we have had zero issues with it.

Our scooter fell over and snapped the charger that was plugged in. Ordered an authentic one off Amazon. It fried the circuit board (first 1 star). Contacted Daniel with customer service trying to purchase this part. He would not sell me the part. Said we had to ship the scooter to California and then pay for the quote to fix it, then pay to have it shipped back (2nd 1 star). That would be more than purchasing a new one. Moral of the story, you cant but parts (3rd 1 star) , so if something goes wrong, it turns into a paperweight real quick. We spent the $500 and got maybe 2 months worth of riding. Okai has horrible customer service and will not work with you!!
