Wouldn’t work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this pc hoping to get back into wow, but after setting it up, it would never register that it was connected a monitor weather it was through HDMI or usb hookup. I went and exchanged it the next day and had the same problem. Then Geek squad just told me they “understand” my problem but couldn’t guarantee they would see me without an appointment. However he stow is only open during the hours I work and I left work both days to take care of both of these problems. Waste of money. Just returning it and going elsewhere.

It was impossible to upgrade because 3 of the 4 ram slots was not working. The pc came with 16gb of ram, but only showed 8. And when I tried to upgrade it, I realized that 2 more slots were not working.

Decent pc, HP horrible brand

When it came to my house I was happy it worked great for 2 months and now it’s quit working 3 times and everytime I take it to Best Buy they tell me that it was not my fault and the pc was having problems. I’m done with this pc and will never buy another HP product

Not worth the money

Got a "blue screen error stop code" It wouldn't even turn on and I haven't had a chance to contact HP. Extremely lightly used and even the simplest things were slower than my 6 year old laptop. This was my first desktop and probably my last. Not worth the money and NOT a gaming computer.
