    The agent did a great job updating our computer and trouble shooting the printer. Very knowledgeable and personable. I am sure disappointed that Best Buy has made changes to their Total Tech support so that these services will no longer be covered.

    Logie was pleasant, helpful, patient, and generous. He fixed our problem. Helped me with my phone. Set us up with the controllers we needed. Friendly and easy to work with. I will come again. Also, the cashier, Tim, was very pleasant and helpful. Y'all have great employees. Thanks till next time. Sincerely the Schuldt's.

    New Total Plan is disappointing

    I must say that I am NOT A FAN OF THE NEW TOTAL PLAN. One of the best advantages for me under TotalTech was that they came to my home at n/c when the troubleshooting could not be solved over the phone. My problem is that I am disabled and can not drive, so taking in my laptop was very difficult. I had used MetroLife which meant a 4.5-hour time commitment. I can't say that the technician did very much when I brought in my laptop with concerns about unstable connectivity. I only experienced this with my laptop and not any other wi-fi devices in my home. He looked at it and checked it with the Best Buy wi-fi and he did not find any problems. Then sent me on my way. Then I found out about how WebRoot had changed their plan also, not only covering 3 devices instead of the 5 protected under TotalTech. Also, it was included in the TotalTech membership, where now it is only free for 6 months followed by a membership charge. I will be rethinking my membership next year

    Our Tech, Andy, came this morning and helped with some computer glitches on our IMAC. After discussing the Ventura upgrade, memory, etc., he looked at our email setup, sites popping up automatically, photo organization, and even games! Our computer is running more efficiently and we are more knowledgeable. Andy was professional and friendly. Thank you Geek Squad.

    Taurus, the technician has always been SO EXCELLENT with me, knowing I know nothing about computers. He was always polite, knowledgeable and fixed my probem. I know thatwon't be the end of it. I have a demon computer. It takes me 1.5 hours getting there on bus in one of the scuzzyiest neighborhoods I have seen. Last time 3 scuzzballs were shooting up in their hands!

    The original appointment went poorly because it was entered incorrectly and the service person never came. I went to the store and the person at customer service was very nice and efficient. She scheduled another appointment. The reason I gave 5 stars is because, even though I had a disappointment, the problem was corrected without a lot excuses. The second appointment went off without a hitch. The GEEK squad technician was great and diagnosed my ZOOM problem and the fix he suggested is great.

    Our representative, Michael worked diligently to service and install our new All in One desktop and Webroot protection plan. He stayed an additional 30 minutes to help us install another program.

    My printer wasn't working and when I reached out to GS ,they quickly scheduled an in home appointment. Bill came on time and explained just how I can try this myself in the future. Bill was able to slowly explain whsa to do. Glad I have the yearly contract. Ver pleased with the Geek Squad.

    The agent assembled my phones, connected them as required, showed me how to use them, and didn’t leave until I knew everything I needed to know to use them. He also answered questions I had about my computer, iPad and IPhone. I’m so very grateful for the help the Geek Squad has provided, and never hesitate to tell my family and friends how helpful he has been.

    As usual, Thomas did an incredible job, above and beyond in fact. Whenever we need your service, we always ask for Thomas because of this. All of your employees are great at their job, but we've had exceptional, personal service from Thomas. We're staying with the Total Tech/Geek Squad service because of all this. Thank you!

    We got excellent in-home service from Granite yesterday. He solved a number of minor but complicated problems associated with two six-year old computers and then helped my wife transfer her apps to the new mini that she bought on Thursday. He is extremely knowledgeable but was patient and courteous during the entire session and we both learned a lot.
