my new printer seems to work just fine haven't used it long enough to really see if I will have any problems but as now today its awesome... again these two gentlemen were awesome....

Timothy did an excellent job of getting my pc “unstuck” & getting my printer up & running. Also installed anti virus protection for me & ordered an ink cartridge for me. So pleased with him & with Best Buy. Thanks a lot!

The technician showed up on time, was personal and professional. He displayed excellent knowledge of my issues and made recommendations and corrections to my home theater equipment. I was very thankful for and impressed wth his service.

The agent who entered our home was courteous, competent, and patient in assisting my wife in entering information in her computer.

The agent installed my Roku on my televisions, set up my channels. So easy to use now! Second agent came another day and quickly fixed my issues with my desktop computer. Both agents were very kind, patient, and pleasant.

Agent Kyle was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable but after running various scans for an hour, advised me I needed to take my PC to the store for more advanced tests.

Jeffrey made a home visit to help with connectivity issues with my laptop and was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of my little techy knowledge! All problems resolved quickly.

The agents mounted my TV and all that came with it. They did it quickly and cleanly and made sure I knew what I needed to know to make everything work the way it was supposed to.

Geek Squad is the best. They arrive on time, know how to act in someone else's home, and are polite, professional and highly competent. They go out of their way to fix your problem and are the best thing about the company. Unfortunately, I needed a service redo since the computer died within 2 weeks of buying it, but they made it all better, handled the exchange and the data transfer redo.

Phillip kept me advised as to his arrival time and was absolutely punctual. He spent circa two hours answering my questions and upgrading several important apps. He was friendly and exceedingly efficient! I recommend him highly.

The technician caome to our home and got my computer operating . whe had a virius and he cleaned the computer and made it opeerate like new. I have called on the Best Buy service for both temevision and computer in home repairs and have appreciated the service everytime the have been in our home both in california and Arizona. Great service!!!!

Shout out to the Geek Squad, Jose Nino. explained to me what he was doing and had me view anything he had done. If I wasn't sure if that's what I wanted he'd show me other examples. Very patient to one who is not tech savvy !

Helped set up my computer, connect printer and get all my tools set up.

Due to delays in receiving all ordered items, my tech, Chad had to be rescheduled to Aug 10. When he arrived, he did an excellent job of setting up my new system and was sensitive to and apologized for Best Buy's delay in getting all my ordered items to me.

Excellent customer service . Was very polite and efficient. Cleared up remaining boxes and disposed them. On time and worked consistently. Asked if there were any other question upon completion.

The agent was very patient and honest about the request I’d made on the 20th of December 2024. He informed me of a better way of accomplishing the things needed to accomplish the varying task and challenges. He also assisted me in purchasing the My Best Buy Total- Yearly Membership!!! I look forward to the services provided my new membership.

Person was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable! He was able to adjust my computer around the Google Update which blocked my email and other apps. That required going into Google Search and entering! He mentioned rebooting my TV by unplugging and that worked!

Michael Jones Sr. has provided service at our home several times now to assist with computer issues and set up wi-fi. He is just great! Michael explains what he is doing in terminology that I can understand as a non-techie person. He is patience and makes sure I understand how the new equipment works.

Ben, gave advise on updating our cable connection for more secure line as I could not connect iPad to the internet, although the iMac is connected. Also educated us on use of audible & other gems on the iPad. He gave us great service & education. Thank you.
