The agent was so knowledgeable and solved all my tech issues for my laptop, printer, and tv! I am recommending the Total Tech Service to everyone! And the agent was polite and friendly, too!

When you are updating, like moving upstairs for convenience sake, don't forget to contact your service provider (who controls your emails.) Then, hopefully you have Geek Squad, call them and have them verify you have plugged into the right places on you computer. That way, you don't sit around and cuss yourself out because the map you drew was eaten by the dog - remember - homework.

Adam was on time, called after his last appointment to let me know his arrival time. I appreciated that he wore a mask. Adam knew how to deal with my issues and was great at explaining things. Highly recommended.
