My Geek was very polite and fixed the problem very quickly. Explained all the necessary things I needed to know.

We needed to have a cellphone battery replaced. Mike, Pete and Avila were all great. It was done in the time frame we were told and is working great. Geek Squad leader Neil is very helpful, also.

Our technician was very professional, and did not give up until he figured out exactly what was wrong, and how to fix it. It turned out the problem was just that we had not updated our laptop software.
