Patrick was very professional and helpful. He clearly explained my computer issues with patience and made sure I totally understood everything before he left. I was extremely pleased with his service.

I had always gotten excellent geek squad sevice but somehow it changed. I resumed membership at Best Buy along with security and soon neded service on my pc. THE SCHEDULED visit was delayed several times until I vented o a female employee as I left the store in tears. Amazingly, sure enough, she promised a new date, it was kept and the very effecient, cordial and thorough geek squad guy from before CAME as she had promised AND took care of the problem!!!

Christina was our technician and she did and excellent job of setting up our desktop. She made the setup fast and easy. I highly recommend GS for any computer service.

The agent, Richard set up my wifi . He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained and set up all devices. I have recommended this agent to a friend who has your contract.

Owen Klaus set up my computer and printer. He explained how this This computer worked as well as the printer. He answered my questions so I understood what to do.

Michael, agent helped me with questions I had & cleaned up my laptop data. We have paid for the Geek Squad for years & use the on line help mostly. In the past 2 years I have only requested in home visit twice on 7/9/22 & 5/22/24 so I am not happy that I would have to pay extra if I need that service again on new contract. Let the others that overuse that service pay more. Keep the $199.99 & only allow say 1 home visit a year without an extra charge.

I needed help with a printer that I bought elswhere, Excellent service with very knowledgeable technician who came to my house and fixed my issue expeditiously.

Ron was knowledgeable, directly got to the source of the problem, downloaded to my computer a helpful app, seems to have solved the problem for now, was friendly and informative.

Michael is always polite and very knowledgeable. He quickly identifies the problem and fixes it. He is an asset to the Geek Squad and why I am a member.

They did well on my computer. they are worth the money you pay yearly for there unlimited service on ur tv's computers and so on. you can make an app. or take it in .

Nate had solve my major problems several weeks ago sooooo when he came last week (?) soooooooooooo when he came he watched me use the computer/made a slight correction and that was that.......he is a WHIZ when it comes to explanations....he makes them simple and easy ...........

I had the pleasure of having Dorothy in my home for some serious teaching. The time was extremely productive, and very enjoyable. Dorothy's knowledge is impressive and her talent teaching is clearly a true talent. Her enthusiasm is contagious making my tasks a pleasure.
