The Geek Squad is definitely the best place to get help on a PC. I have had nothing but quick and reliable service from them over the years including quite recently. In my most recent problem, a Geek came to my home to fix a corrupted device driver.

The agent checked our PC and determined the cable is probably old and needed to be replaced. The cable was replaced with another cable we had on hand, and the problem no longer existed. The agent was nice, respectful of our home, and had arrived on time.

Uriah reviewed and explained how to handle the computer issue I was having. As usual, he was very thorough and made sure my concerns were addressed. Uriah is an excellent agent and will be missed!
