Terrific service! The tech resolved an issue with my new monitor, made sure my new PC was at optimal performance, also got my older printer sync'd up. Also answered all my questions.

Geek Squad in-home tech was excellent. Appreciated his knowledge. Only problem was the Best Buy store did not transfer everything from old desktop to new but the in-home tech tried his best to recover most of it, except the email addressbook but I returned it and soon will pick it up with full addressbook recovered.

Agent Danny Engle assisted me in installing cartridge on my new Epson printer. He is totally knowledgeable and competent, and was patient and respectful of my need for help.
