The agent was so very friendly and helpful. He explained what was happening to my computer and printer. Unfortunately it worked while he was here, but the same problem reoccurred the next time I sat down at my computer and tried to print.

Agent helped me get things straightened out on my computer and explained things to me in terms I understood..

Above and beyond helpful! I was concerned that my time was limited to only 40 minutes so I did have all or most of my questions written down. Very good idea! And it was very helpful with all new information being given, to have written the information and added tips in my book! Hard to remember all new information so referencing the notes later was a great help! And we did my pre-created questions and more as new ones came up too. He was very kind, personable and helpful. I will be calling again as I gain in skills!

We have used the Geek home repair service for a couple of years. We were very pleased until our last call for home service. The system seems to have changed and they wanted 103 dollars before coming. Then the credit card we used was used for many purchases. Breakfast in Atlanta some charges in Florida. Had to close our account. A questionable change!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seemed to understand my problem with my TV/Sonos speaker. We changed a cable and, presto!, it worked. Got an appointment ASAP. Glad I signed up for it.

I had the geek squad connection to TV and ROKU when it was working and not having contact and there was a black TV saying a page to disconnect off of the NET FLIX several times

they coudl not helpl with myh problem - they do not work on Windows 7 - but they saidj jit was the hard drive and a friend of mine was able to fix.

The technician (as always) was knowledgeable, helpful and answered questions I had.

My tech called me before he arrived and within 15-20 minutes he cleaned my laptop removing the old anti-virus software that was grinding my machine down so bad that I had to restart it every 10 minutes. He offered his suggestions about what I could do to my laptop to keep it up and running perfectly. The only issue I had was with the scheduling. They gave me a window of time, I believe 1-6PM, that the tech could arrive and he would call 1/2 hour before arriving. When he arrived around 1 he stated that he doesn't even work that late and that he no instructions to call me 1/2 hour before. Everything worked out good but Geek Squad may want to work on the scheduling part. In summary, I will use Geek Squad again if necessary. I was very happy with the work
