Levi, the Geek Tech that came to my home was great; he explained things in a way I could understand. Sadly, I needed a new computer; but the good thing is that he helped me pick one out and order it. The "in home" Geek Squad techs are much better and nicer than the in store ones. I just wish you hadn't made it so difficult to get a tech to my home.

The agent tuned up my computer and cleaned up files. Agent Josh was very professional and answered all of my questions.

the person that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was suppose to be able to pick up the product I ordered at the local store. It was shipped though and had to wait. That was the down side because I needed right away.

I looked up and realized that I had so many devices and paid services I was lost in technology.. Fortunately one of the services I bought included geek squad..I couldn't even keep up with what they were asking me to do so they set up an appointment and came to do it for me ..I can't say that I now know how to do everything in all the devices I bought. But I can definitely do the things that I intended to do when I got them

Geek Squad Tech John arrived on time and did a great job installing Micro Trend on a computer and showed me how to navigate my computer.

Luis who arranged my home appt. with Geek SQUAD Rep. Jonataan, and again from Geek SQUAD Rep. Jeffrey who arranged my home appt. with Geek SQUAD Rep. Jonataan again! If it wasn't for the Geek SQUAD? The tech was so helpful and accommodating. I very much appreciate the good customer service that I have experienced with the Total Tech program. I have learned so much.

I needed an agent to come to my home to get the bugs out of my computer and get the new computer talking nicely with mine. These guys are awesome and in over a decade I haven't been able to stump them. Kudos to these miracle workers.

The gentleman from the Geek Squad was very professional. When I laughed at what I called my stupidity...he said, no you are not stupid. This happens to a lot of people. He also explained the various ways to use them.

Such polite young man He was knowledgeable and completed the two request very quickly and ssked if there was anything else he could do.

Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient in working the maintenance we needed to set up and update our laptop, fax and landline.
