Mike came to the house on time and showed me what I didn't do for the hookup, made the changes and did a review on how it works. could not be happier with the service that I receive form the geek squad Thank you.

The squad tried to start my computer without passcode.,They were thorough and said to take the guts to Palm Desert store for further evaluation.,They were professional and worked hard on the problem.

The agent analyzed y computer and determined the problem was a bad hard drive. He was able to get it to run quicker than it was but recommended a new computer. I didn't feel pressured to buy one right away. My computer has been running slowly for years. Now I know it didn't have a virus I can get a new one and transfer my data to the new computer.

Between the email notifications and calls from the tech, I was well-informed about my appointment and when he would arrive. I'm rather certain there wasn't one question or problem he wasn't going to be ready for. Once he arrived, identified himself, slipped on shoe covers and confirmed my issue was corrected. I won't be using any one else for future problems.

He set up my new Microsoft Surface, got my printer working with it, and explained to me features of the Surface that were updated from my previoius one. My transition has been smooth and effortless. The agent reviewed with me the problems with my old computer tower; he gave me option for making a purchase given my needs at this time and gave me options for my future purchases. He brought the computer tower I selected to my home and set it up. After the set-up, he had me manage the programs so that I was clear on what I had. He did not try to oversell me...on what I do not need at this time. I could not ask for better service. Francisco was patient with me and very good at explaining things so I could make good choices. I had a question a few days later and he called me back and answered my questions. I am so pleased with the service he gave me.
