The agent analyzed y computer and determined the problem was a bad hard drive. He was able to get it to run quicker than it was but recommended a new computer. I didn't feel pressured to buy one right away. My computer has been running slowly for years. Now I know it didn't have a virus I can get a new one and transfer my data to the new computer.

Between the email notifications and calls from the tech, I was well-informed about my appointment and when he would arrive. I'm rather certain there wasn't one question or problem he wasn't going to be ready for. Once he arrived, identified himself, slipped on shoe covers and confirmed my issue was corrected. I won't be using any one else for future problems.

Since I'm elderly and have a hard time with stairs my tech moved my computer upstairs and had the computer and everything that works working perfectly. Afterwords, I loaded new software that has a space problem and after several error messages, the computer quit and would not turn in at all. The tech returned in a few days and within seconds turned it on, then worked on some other small things that hadchanged.

The agents did a great job helping me save precious video memories on the hard drive of my defective camera by showing me how to transfer them first to a memory stick and then to my computer. They also showed me how to print wirelessly from my iPad and iPhone. Finally, they showed me why I was having to gone through extra steps to turn on my TV and surround sound system using my old universal wand with a newer DIRECT TV receiver. They were great - answered all my questions. I am totally satisfied with their work. And, "Yes," I would definitely call Geek Squad again.

Joe and David did an awesome job! They were able to fix the settings issues my husband and I caused on our personal computer and installed the Microsoft Office program that I had but was afraid to install prior to the problems being solved. They were highly professional, explained everything to my husband and me about what they had to do and ensured that they had accomplished everything we needed prior to leaving our home. The assignment presented several issues and he was very diligent in their solution even returning for a second time to make sure the solutions were satisfactory. A few days after his service he called to make sure that the corrections/additions provided were solving the problem and providing us with satisfactory service. The Tech hooked our new TV up and was very knowledgeable, and fast through the process. Hauled away our old TV and cleaned up after he was done. He had answered all our questions.
