Words can't begin to express how impressed we were with Mac from Geek Squad. He installed our router quickly with accuracy while explaining what he was doing. He connected all our devices to the router and answered all of our questions with ease. Mac was able to work quickly but showed amazing people skills. Mac was so kind and easy to understand. He had the gift to explain things on our level....novice in technology! As a teacher I recognize that Mac has the gift of teaching. On Jun 30th I purchased an Eero Wi-Fi system. It was installed on July 13 by someone from the Geek Squad and it has worked fine. No problems and much better than the outdated one I had.

Mauricio is the best tech on your Geek Squad team. It was awesome to work with someone who actually cares about the customer and the issues at hand. Mauricio has great communication skills and keeps me updated starting with updates on arrival to in depth information on the issue and how it was resolved. Mauricio has amazing knowledge along with great customer service skills. Mauricio is welcome to my home anytime!

Since I'm elderly and have a hard time with stairs my tech moved my computer upstairs and had the computer and everything that works working perfectly. Afterwords, I loaded new software that has a space problem and after several error messages, the computer quit and would not turn in at all. The tech returned in a few days and within seconds turned it on, then worked on some other small things that hadchanged.
