All Geek Squad members that I've dealt with have wonderful. The Best of the Best is Jeffery Thather! If it werent for Agent Jeff Thather i would have sold my Dell laptop on Ebay and traded my S23 Ultra cell phone for a simple flip phone. This crew never makes me feel stupid. That means alot to a confused 75 year old, unable to get out and about! Thank You Jeff!!!

The agent William Curd, came to access our computer issue. He was very knowledgeable and told us everything he was doing as he went along. He showed up on time and was able to resolve the issue within the time allotted. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend him.

Joe and David did an awesome job! They were able to fix the settings issues my husband and I caused on our personal computer and installed the Microsoft Office program that I had but was afraid to install prior to the problems being solved. They were highly professional, explained everything to my husband and me about what they had to do and ensured that they had accomplished everything we needed prior to leaving our home. they coudl not helpl with myh problem - they do not work on Windows 7 - but they saidj jit was the hard drive and a friend of mine was able to fix.

Patrick M. was so great!! He got into my computer, and diagnosed what had happened right away. He was able to get me in the computer where Dell had blocked me. I was able to get into my e-mail finally. He explained everything as he was going along. He was kind, friendly, efficient and gets 5 gold stars from me!!

The agents did a great job helping me save precious video memories on the hard drive of my defective camera by showing me how to transfer them first to a memory stick and then to my computer. They also showed me how to print wirelessly from my iPad and iPhone. Finally, they showed me why I was having to gone through extra steps to turn on my TV and surround sound system using my old universal wand with a newer DIRECT TV receiver. They were great - answered all my questions. I am totally satisfied with their work. And, "Yes," I would definitely call Geek Squad again.

The staff member was very professional, health/Covid-19 conscious, courteous, and especially skilled. The assignment presented several issues and he was very diligent in their solution even returning for a second time to make sure the solutions were satisfactory. A few days after his service he called to make sure that the corrections/additions provided were solving the problem and providing us with satisfactory service. I bought a Windows 11 Dell laptop with 512 K SSD (the narrow SSD). I also bought 1 TB SSD compatible SSD to upgrade my laptop to 1 TB. Physical installation of the new SSD was easy. But installing Windows 11 was difficult. A Geek Squad guy came to my house and installed it. The work was done fast and perfectly. Great service by the Geek Squad people. I highly recommend them to all.

The agent did a great job up setting up my complete system and responding to all my questions. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process, and even arrived onsite slightly ahead of the appointment.

The agent cleared all data from my all-in-one computer which was a bit more work since he had to remove the back of the computer to get to the hard drive. The data could not just easily be erased due to missing files and the Windows disk was destroyed. He was able to clear the files from the hard drive with his equipment quickly and efficiently. He was absolutely fantastic!!
