worked on my desk top computer, did an excellent job!

Prompt efficient knowledgeable service is what has brought me to Best Buy. As a total tech customer, I am expecting these geek squad professionals to solve any problem that we have with any device we own. We are not as tech savvy as we once were before retiring and enjoy this top service.

The original appointment went poorly because it was entered incorrectly and the service person never came. I went to the store and the person at customer service was very nice and efficient. She scheduled another appointment. The reason I gave 5 stars is because, even though I had a disappointment, the problem was corrected without a lot excuses. The second appointment went off without a hitch. The GEEK squad technician was great and diagnosed my ZOOM problem and the fix he suggested is great.

The agent, Tyler, cleaned my desk top computer & it is starting up and running faster. It’s so nice sitting down at the computer and being able to get things done without pop-ups and other interference. I was so happy with the job he did that I bought an annual service subscription to the Geek Squad!

The guys that came were very professional installed and explained the chrome cast device so that we can use it on our one.

Nic fixed every issue I "thought" I had with my computer and put me on the right track to improve my capabilities. He's a real professional who obviously has years of experience and superb customer service skills. Best Buy needs to take great care of this professional. He does great work for you and fulfills/exceeds your customer needs.

Taurus, the technician has always been SO EXCELLENT with me, knowing I know nothing about computers. He was always polite, knowledgeable and fixed my probem. I know thatwon't be the end of it. I have a demon computer. It takes me 1.5 hours getting there on bus in one of the scuzzyiest neighborhoods I have seen. Last time 3 scuzzballs were shooting up in their hands!

The tech was very knowledgeble about getting the computer back in running order. He took as much time as was needed. I give him a 5 star rating.

Our Tech, Andy, came this morning and helped with some computer glitches on our IMAC. After discussing the Ventura upgrade, memory, etc., he looked at our email setup, sites popping up automatically, photo organization, and even games! Our computer is running more efficiently and we are more knowledgeable. Andy was professional and friendly. Thank you Geek Squad.

I found Your Service Tech StMc to be knowledgeable and helpful when explaining what was done to make the repairs on our PC. He was easily understood, polite, and I was grateful for his help. Please let him know he is appreciated.

The agent corrected the problem that I had called about on my computer that involved some corrupted files. In addition, he gave me good advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. He also showed me some other features of Windows 11 that should make my tasks a bit easier to complete.

Awesome service to repair my TV. An appointment was set fairly quick to address my issues. An agent/professional was sent out to access my soundbar and tv to find out what is the problem. An additional appointment was made for the agent/professional to return to repair my tv.

Logie was pleasant, helpful, patient, and generous. He fixed our problem. Helped me with my phone. Set us up with the controllers we needed. Friendly and easy to work with. I will come again. The agent did a great job up setting up my complete system and responding to all my questions. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process, and even arrived onsite slightly ahead of the appointment.
