Geek squad people replaced Hard Drive in my PC tower Computer. Have not yet plugged it in. I believe work is complete, based on previous experience with Geeks both in store and at home. Met with Calvin T at Geek counter at Blossom Hill store for this work. Plainly stated, he was terrific, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have his card and will use it if and as needed. The agent cleared all data from my all-in-one computer which was a bit more work since he had to remove the back of the computer to get to the hard drive. The data could not just easily be erased due to missing files and the Windows disk was destroyed. He was able to clear the files from the hard drive with his equipment quickly and efficiently. He was absolutely fantastic!!

Awesome service to repair my TV. An appointment was set fairly quick to address my issues. An agent/professional was sent out to access my soundbar and tv to find out what is the problem. An additional appointment was made for the agent/professional to return to repair my tv.
