Have not received accesories, adapter, USB c was not original

I picked this phone up yesterday i was skeptical at first but im glad i picked it up this phone has a great screen incredible battery life i have an s22 ultra and i must say the battery life on the one plus blows the s22 out of the water the camera is top notch also so if you're looking for a phone with great battery life great screen and great camera then look no further and for 900.00 its a steal compared to similar devices !!!

Good but sometimes freezes but I would still recommend

Got this phone less than 2 weeks ago and thought I would get an upgrade from OnePlus Nord N10 but this is a downgrade. Since day one have been having issues with WiFi. It's very slow and I have compared with other devices at home connected to the same network. Have tried other WiFi networks and the same problem. Have reset the network settings on phone and router, did factory reset and still the same problem. I wish I could give 0 stars. OnePlus is not as it used to be. Very disappointed for a flagship phone.

The phone came with no charging adapter! Unbelievable!!! The description says "excellent condition". The box is all scratched.

This is a very good smartphone. In fact, I have no serious complaints about it. The display is bright and smart, and the internal power ensures the 10 Pro retains that trademark 'fast and smooth' feel. Even the cameras are better this year. Pros ------ Great size and design Superb price Outstanding display Excellent charging speeds Cons ------- Battery isn't as strong as expected Depth of field on cameras is a little unnatural

I recommend this phone best oneplus ever it charge super fast and the battery last all day and the camera is much much improved from previous years

Piece of crap. Lied to again by sales, said phone was better than pixel 6 pro, lied of course just to make a sale. Best buy definitely going downhill fast on all aspects of business. That's why people buy stuff online.

I bought an open-box OnePlus 10 pro phone and it arrived early at my house in excellent condition. It is competitive with flagship phones like the Samsung S series, iPhone, and Google Pixel. It came with a fast charger (65W) and I can charge the phone from 0-100 percent in around 36 minutes! Getting this phone at a bargain price makes it even better.

This one is my 5th Oneplus phone. I love OnePlus and its smooth oxygen OS. The phone hardware is very powerful and the camera is very good. The high-resolution screen is beautiful, Finally, the emerald green color is really beautiful.

Love this phone, glade I upgraded from 8T, this phone is fast, so customizable. Yes, 65W charger still comes in the box. 34 minutes from dead to 100% charge. I switched network speed from from 5G to 4G LTE to save battery. Android customer for Life.

If oneplus 10 pro with 256 that would be perfect, i want buy a 256 10 pro, but it's never appear online.

Like the phone very much but the selling point, after watching numerous reviews, was the batter life. My experience after a month is that the phone failed to deliver as the battery life doesn't last as long as was initially advertised

It worked well for 2-3 months, but then some strange "GPS signal lost" started. I have been struggling with this problem for over 6 months now. Android updates have not fixed this problem. It is really annoying if you use GPS often. For example google maps would just say that "GPS signal lost" once, and you would think that GPS would come back, but it does not. Sometimes it would come back after a minute or 5 minutes... Now, another problem popped up. The personal hot-spot keeps on getting disconnected for my laptop. And I don not think it is a laptop. I have been using my laptop with the hot-spot since the release day of this phone, and never had issues. Today I had been disconnected like 20-30 times already, and I do not have any limits on it, because it is Verizon Business line. As I understand manufacturers warranty does not cover any software related issues, so good luck with that, and by the way I protect my phone from drops, and other physical damages. To this day it is still like new, so these are not some damage related issues. Other than that, it is a nice, fast phone. I was happy when I bought is 8-9 months ago... I regret now...

Open Box deal. Price was great. Missing bumper covers. No big deal.

Really enjoyed the specifications and addition of a charging device.
