It is a great phone, but wish the storage was expandable.

This is a really good phone with super fast charging!!

Once upon a time, OnePlus sold great phones at a low cost, that were also easy to root. Now they're just a generic flagship brand making mediocre me-too phones, being far behind Apple, Samsung, and Google (and Xiaomi which isn't sold in the US). While the hardware is excellent, the software experience sucks. Rooting has become too dangerous due to the changes OnePlus made when they "merged" with Oppo, you can't get a clean state anymore without calling an Oppo/OP technician over the phone. This phone would have been great if LineageOS could run on it, which it can't unlike previous models. I returned my OP10Pro and bought a Pixel 7 (non-Pro). Even if my Pixel can't run LineageOS (yet) and has worse hardware, the Pixel software is excellent.

I have owned two one plus phones. my one plus 10 has the same problem as my 9,only worste the battery drains so fast on my 10 even on battery saver and data saver. I go to bed phone fully charged I wake up on average a 12 percent drop.for a thousand dollars it's a bad battery phone.

Bought an open box that said Excellent and complete. It had only the phone in the box and they put an old Samsung USB cable in the box that WONT EVEN CHARGE THE PHONE! Now they want to charge me $45 restocking fee because the listing WAS INACCURATE and included NOTHING.

Build quality is not that great. Moreover not satisfied purchasing at Best Buy as I have got 5A charger in the box

This was a replacement to a stolen phone. I can't tell the difference between the 9 to the 10. Glad the insurance covered most of my loss.

Bought an Open Box version of this phone at a great price. Phone came in great condition with all the original accessories and works great.
