I purchased a great phone, but the phone was open box, and the initial owner purchased the phone to register for the benefit. I couldn’t register the phone so i returned it. It was a great phone at last.

This phone is nothing short of amazing. The speed ease of transition from using iphones for 15 years was awesome. The battery charging is incredible. The camera does have a learning curve.

I invested in OnePlus since the OnePlus One. Owning every OnePlus device, including the OnePlus 10 Pro recently. Unfortunately, it's not great by any means. OnePlus has settled. OnePlus no longer delivers on their promise of providing the most value in their "flagship killing" devices. The 10 Pro proves this. Cameras use outdated sensors, producing subpar photos. The display is great but not as great as many others in this price range. The UI merging with ColorOS, loses the feel of Oxygen OS completely. The software that built the OnePlus community and influenced the experience that once separated OnePlus from the rest. OnePlus has lost all direction. With that, OnePlus is no longer for me and I can no longer personally recommend OnePlus devices to others. For 899$, or even open box pricing at 700$, you can throw all the free 100$ gift cards until this thing is free like it is on T-Mobile, and I STILL would NOT recommend it.
