I do not recommend the OnePlus. It unpairs itself from my Bluetooth devices all the time, it thinks the message app thinks my sim card is missing sometimes and other annoying malfunctions.

Love it. It has many features that I love using it as my daily device.

Phone worked great, except I couldn't get Bluetooth to stop disconnecting from my vehicle, headphones. Phone was factory reset, fully updated, but still kept dropping. Glad I still had the phone this OP was supposed to replace. It never had these Bluetooth issues. What a shame.

I love the phone but the customer service I dealt with in the phone kiosk area were just kids who were talking to one another about what time they're getting off etc (I didn't care about that) but when I asked if they would swap my SIM card out and transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new 882$ phone, they said "no, only your carrier can do that" well, I work for T-Mobile and they're supposed to help me with that as part of buying a phone from them. Won't be shopping at Best buy again, just stupid service that I shouldn't have had to deal with after making a bigger than normal purchase from their empty phone kiosk. They just seemed incredibly lazy and it was extremely annoying and disappointing, considering Best Buy's prices are already relatively high, I expected better customer service and better manners used in that transaction.

For the price and what the phone offers it's a pretty good deal

The screen is huge. Probably the biggest made by OnePlus. But, the battery life is comparable to the OnePlus 9. Quick Warp charging is great but it would be better if it can last for 2 days instead of just 1.

I recently purchased the OnePlus 12, and overall, I’ve been quite impressed. The performance is outstanding – apps load quickly, multitasking is seamless, and gaming runs buttery smooth, thanks to the powerful hardware. The display is vibrant and responsive, making everything from videos to web browsing an absolute pleasure. Battery life is decent, and the fast charging is a lifesaver for someone like me who’s always on the go. However, the night vision camera left me a bit disappointed. While daytime photos are crisp and vivid, low-light performance struggles to meet expectations. Images captured in dim settings tend to lack sharpness, and there’s noticeable noise. Given the price point and how far phone cameras have come, I expected more from the OnePlus 12 in this department. If photography, especially in low-light conditions, is a priority for you, this might not be the perfect fit. But if you're after stellar performance and a great all-around experience, the OnePlus 12 still stands out as a solid choice.
