    After two months this phone's battery goes from 90% to 30% with some light browsing about about 30 minutes of GPS. I tried contacting customer service asking to replace the battery under warranty, and they keep emailing me back telling me I can't return the phone because I purchased it from a third party. I can not get a rep on the phone to do anything. I'm back on my old $236 phone I decided to replace due to battery life while I hope to send this thing in because the battery lasts longer. This phone is so useless that it doesn't even function as a doorstop. Save yourself the trouble and go with an established brand that actually offers customer service within the United States

    the phone is decent but best buy customer services is the worst. I bought it for $499, promised same day delivery but delivered 2 days late. Now, the phone is marked down on bestbuy.com itself to $399, and they do not match the price, because I'm past the return window by 2 days. And the rep doesn't even acknowledge the late delivery.

    Bestbuy delivered the item after 6 days of scheduled delivery even after I paid for expedited shipping. They left the package out in my lobby when there was no one at my house even after tried to stop the delivery multiple times. Now the response I get from bestbuy is to reach local law enforcement. Soo professional !

    Some apps take a long time loading. I got this phone because I wanted more than what u was getting from budget phones. Here that there is no 3.5 mm Jack
