Never buy any One plus phone in USA

I switched from Iphone to one plus, four year back. I upgraded phone couple of time. Recently i have one plus 9T. This phone is still in warranty, it has technical issues with voice recorder and microphone. But when i raise this issue with one plus , they are not resolving it. They have only one or two customer service center in USA. So they are asking me to send my phone by mail without giving any replacement device. After sending phone it will take couple of week to resolve issue but they are not providing any replacement phone for those days. I raised case number- Case ID: 211106-003852 But they just keep passing time . I followed up around 2 week but in last no help. Now i am realizing i did mistake by switching from iphone to this waste Chinese company. I will never buy again.

The lack of ois did eventually bother me and I had to return it based on that

The reasons I don't like my phone

After 4 month here are the problems I see more often as time pass: 1- The display rotates sometimes even though the rotation option is off. It gets annoying as it happens more and more recently. 2- Sometimes the wallpaper goes away without any reason and the screen becomes black. I have to restart the phone to bring the wallpaper back. 3- The battery is definitely not the best one! The battery drains easily and doesn't last long.
