It is a great phone, the quality of pictures surpasses the Iphone 12 Pro.

I bought this phone for one of my family members, but i forgot to check it their carrier is compatible, it was not. For the next week and a half, they had no luck. I will recommend this phone unless you have Boost mobile.

Good android phone, but it doesn’t keep the value when you want to resell it because not too many people knows it. Otherwise it is a good phone for Qualcomm

Runs faster than the Pixel 6a. 5G and LTE reception is better. Security updates slower than Pixel. The camera/photos taken are lower quality than the Pixel. Since I don't use the camera very much, I prefer to carry the 9 5G with me because I get faster internet

Don't buy OP anymore, this phone had no redeeming features except a 90Hz display.

Phone is good like that it has fast charging 100% in 30mins

I bought this phone to get 5G capability. I was upgrading from a OnePlus 6 which I loved. The 6 was a bare bones Android phone. Simple to use, clean interface. Not so the 9. OnePlus had begun adding lots of so called features. These make using the phone a much less rewarding experience. It's also been buggy from the start including a very poorly executed upgrade in December that introduced more issues. I do like that OnePlus stays current with Android security updates. Other than that, I would not recommend this phone.

VOLUME: I won't hear my notifications because this phone will set itself to vibrate when the setting is set to volume. That should not happen especially since that sound & vibration setting is supposed to be controlled by a sliding switch on then side of the phone. BATTERY: Battery glitches, It both drains fast and says it has a different percentages within the hour. It will show inconsistent battery percentages 50%, 53% and then back down to 51%. SERVICE: It also has bad service at different stores and homes. MESSAGES; My messages also dont get sent on time. It took over an hour for my message to arrive and bc of my phone being on vibrate i didnt here the ten missed calls. WIFI: It will also connect to the wifi and state the wifi has limited service or no service when in fact the wifi is fine when connected to other devices. It was a mistake to purchase this item. It is a phone the doesnt work, I dont know if this is just one deffective phone or if its the whole of OnePlus 9. I will be returning this.

Great phone with severe overheating issues. I was impressed with the build, design, and performance of the OnePlus 9. The reason I did not keep it is because if it was being used anywhere but next to the air conditioner it would overheat so much that it would display overheat warnings and eventually shut down. - not ideal when you live in Southern California

Great phone at a good price. Our second OnePlus phone.

Overall no complain on the Best Buy shipping. But my open box purchase has only 3.5 months of warranty left. Called up customer support, twitter support and store support. Every one had a mixed opinion and their own theory what warranty stands for open box product. Can you make it clear, what happens in cases where the Product is already activated and only few months are left on open box purchase product?
