Good phone. Works on 5G if you are T Mobile connected. Cannot see screen too well in daylight and has habit usually daily of forgetting programed items and especially ring volume so I miss calls? Like phone and is fast on 5G.

Great phone for the price, had to send my galaxy note 20 ultra in for repairs and needed a phone, and this one did not let me down. I hardly missed my note at all until I got it back :)

I switched from a Samsung J7 to the OnePlus Nord N10. It is a well built phone with great features when you consider its cost. It took some getting used to when switching from the Samsung UI but it does not take long. I found a case to be a necessity as the bare phone was slippery. It came with a fast charger which was very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

This phone does everything that the Samsung's of the world can. Add in the fact that it's unlocked, and you won't break the bank switching to a new phone with a monthly fee.

Great phone and it doesn’t lose reception like non 5g phones do when driving through tunnel. Sometimes the reception will trip a little being on the phone at or near the beach, but it comes back right away. Apps download quickly, the phone has a lot of memory, but it is good to have a cloud where you save things that don’t need to be saved on your phone to keep more space in your phone to keep your apps and phone software updated. All in all a very great phone and it’s just a good as Samsung and iPhone to me it’s a little better depending on what you do with your phone.

This is by far, without any hyperbole, the worst phone I have ever owned. I bought this because my phone died and I needed one quick and didn't want to spend a ton. This one also has decent reviews so I took a chance. I should have just spent more. I have no idea how anyone is okay with the performance of this phone. Here's everything wrong with it so far:
It has a 90 HZ screen but if you try to use anything other than 60 HZ the phone freezing/stuttering makes it unusable. Even at the lower setting it is still only marginally better.
Bluetooth disconnects randomly and has about a 3 foot range.
If you take a Bluetooth call and hang up it turns Bluetooth off and you have to manually reconnect.
It has something called a Dirac audio tuner. This is on by default and causes everything to sound like you're in a tunnel in random intervals.
Every single app freezes. It will eventually catch up but that could be minutes later. Some require multiple attempts of opening the app before it will actually work.
Keyboard randomly pops up for no reason. Can happen at anytime and no apparent way to stop it. Can only be fixed by restarting the phone.
The navigation swipes are terrible. Half the time the phone doesn't recognize them as being a navigation gesture and just does whatever it wants. Usually closing whatever you were doing.
Building on the last one, you technically can change from swipe gestures to the traditional android "buttons" for navigation. In practice, the bottom of the screen seems to be more sensitive than any other place. If you get anywhere close to them, even just a hovering finger, they detect touch and again closes what your doing.
The screen touch detection in general is terrible. Some places are super sensitive (IE the bottom) others respond only after multiple clicks or not at all. Can't honestly tell if a screen problem or the phone is just too laggy to register.
One app is all that can run at a time. Try to run more and they all crash. Constantly have to kill background apps.
No water resistance
No wireless charging
No more updates. It updated to Android 11 and one plus has stated they won't take it any higher. Android 12 has been out for quite awhile at this point. You're literally buying a phone that has already been end of lifed. Waiting to see if it gets any more security updates. So far it has not.
I fully understand this is a budget phone and went in expecting it to have some shortcomings. This is completely unacceptable though. Even the basics like talk and text are a struggle. Heck even the "My Verizon" app won't launch at all on the phone. One Plus makes decent phones, the fact that this one has their name on it shocks me.
Almost forgot the one good thing. The battery life is great. But even that has a caviat, it's only good if you don't use it. Standby battery is amazing. It took me 30 percent of my battery to write this on the best buy app. The only app I have open..

had trouble with set up, intially. the os and app updates kept crashing/freezing and stalling on restart/load screen. turning phone off and back on required many attemps - and three fingers to hold down the volume and power combinaton to force a restart. counted. re-pressed. took up to 3 minutes!
5G works sometimes - but, that just might be the carrier.
camera's macro (close-up) shots fall out of focus instantaneously. gotta be quick in hand-held to tap the virtual "shutter" button.
dual speakers are good. scrolling seems snappy. cases are hard to come by, unless you are willing to spend $30 - $40.

Good enough phone. What else can you expect from a sub 300 phone.
