Mostly unusable in outside sun. If you don’t go anywhere, and expectations are too high, this is a really nice phone otherwise for the price. As for me… I am returning it for something else with a brighter display.

I bought an open box excellent but upon arrival realized it wasn't quite excellent and had some scratches on the screen, but after talking to best buy they fixed the price and refunded me some of my money since it wasn't in the condition it was sold to me as. Other than that so far it seems to be a good phone.

Excellent phone. It is very decent phone in low budget. It's camera is good quality and good zooming. This is really quick charging this usa version has single Sim slot

This phone is incredible and at a fraction of the price of other similar “name brand” phones. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast phone at a reasonable price.

Was great for about a week then the problems started. Phone is unlocked with all the proper specs to be on any gsm network. Tried it on AT&T and it worked for a little while then the data turned into dial up. Thought it was a network issue but turns out there are several reviews of the same issue with this phone. I was even told by best buy associate he had seen the phone returned several times. Buyer beware buy at your own risk. I'm actually a pretty big OnePlus fan so hate to give this review but it's honest.

I love the phone. Middle-range phone with good specs. This is my second Nord. would recommend for the user with an old phone and don't want to break the bank.

Excellent cell phone. Works flawlessly. Rivels some phones at twice the price. Unfortunately it was so new best buy didn't have screen protectors or cases.

Good budget phone. I bought this as a temporary replacement for a OnePlus 8T, so I found it to be a little slow at times, though it's not meant to be the fastest and best phone out there. It works great for my purposes. It also has a micro SD card slot, which many top-end phones (including my 8T) omit, so that's a nice thing.

Best phone. Have been using for few months now. Camera and sound is good. No issues at all. Screen also looks fresh and colors are rich.

Didn`t know anything about One Plus but it so far seems to be a good quality phone. Nice size screen and plenty of memory. 5G is great.

It is smooth with 6 g of Ram it can handle some heavy apps and your mobile will not feel any difficulty and there will be no lag.

Phone is fantastic, works very well. Very stylish and comfortable to use. The camera is amazing, highly recommend this phone if you're shopping on a budget.

I have had a One Plus Nord device before, about a year a go and liked it but didnt have the time to really evaluate it. I was in serious need of a new, reliable and secure phone and Service, I chose to try the N10 and so far I'm very happy. Best Buy, is always a pleasure as usual.

This is a great phone as far as hardware and operation go. If the camera was better, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is no image stabilization with stills. Video does have stabilization. Colors don't really come out true but are okay. Overall, on a scale of 1-5, I'd give the camera a 3.5 on this phone.

Overall i like the size speed and customizable options this phone provides and in my opinion it operates better then The Samsung galaxy phones

It's great no issues and I like that it's light. The display is fantastic. The camera is better than I thought. Worth the money.
