He spent 2 hours trying to figure out my phone that I purchased last week. He was on the phone with Verizon for about an hour and a half. Needless to say I had to get a different model. Issue couldn't be resolved. I didn't enjoy being there that long, but he was so polite and did his very best. He deserves a raise!

They are adorable and have most of the stats/specs you could want out of a phone these days. Has the Android OS. Is a good size. Good cam. I was suggested my first OnePlus (5t) phone from a techy friend who compared specs of phones for me. And 3 years later I decided to upgrade and stick with the company. Still a great product. No complaints.

Best lower-priced, basic+ 5G smart phone

So glad I did! Best Buy customer service was excellent! They had me set up with my mobile carrier in no time, and even transferred all my contacts for me! I couldn't be happier!

Works well 4GLTE and 5G low band (T-Mobile) Calls are clear Updates are good compared to store bought version as for updates!

I was not happy with the phone. Your Geeks were great in helping me with this phone. Especially John. I finally deiced to return it. I was not too happy with the restocking fee, but I understand. I absolutely love the phone my wife has a galaxy s9 and I can't read the tiny text on her screen this phone offers a large screen that is easily viewable which is why I chose this phone the screen was the deciding factor.

Gets The Job Done

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Based on professional reviews, it doesn't look like the Nord N10 5G is going to get any OS updates after Android 11, which is kind of a bummer (hopefully OnePlus has a change of heart). Otherwise, it's a perfectly decent middle of the road phone that does possess the small perk of having 6GB of RAM at a relatively modest price.
