So far, so good. The screen is very touch sensitive, which took some getting used to. Still looking for a a good case.

Didn't get to use the phone since it didn't work with Sprint/TMobile. Even though it's advertised it works with Sprint/TMobile, this device is blacklisted if it's unlocked, and will be unable to be activated. You'll be forced to return it and charged a $45 restocking fee. Not the only person who had this issue. Not sure about other carriers.

A very BAD thing is that when someone buys an Openbox phone. They don't give original Charge and Cable... It's VERY BAD...

For a midrange phone, ide put this a littler more towards the top. It's so smooth, and it's not to wide. Main reason I bought this is bc my thumb has a tough time reaching opposite sides of the phone. Will definitly purchase another one plus phobe in the future.

the only problem with this phone is it does not have or is not provisioned on Cricket Wireless (AT&T Network) for wifi calling.

Simple Android that does basic necessities, which is reflected in the price. LCD screen isn't too bright, however.

Phone is good. If they add wireless charging or water resistance really fantastic phone. Specifications are really good.

We chose this phone on the recommendation of the best buy salesman. We needed something on the less expensive side after my husband's phone died. So far, this has performed flawlessly. Time will tell on how it holds up.

I'm a big fan of independent phone companies that are able to give you the experience of working with similar specs of big names without the huge cost. This phone is definitely good for that, and has been excellent at everything I need it for.

My friend recommended this phone for my cousin and I didn't think much of it but somehow I went with my gut , even though I know oneplus phone are great but this phone definitely do tricks and he freaking love it

Good value for Money, some minor issues are there, Camera Quality is not up to the mark.

Really like this phone after using for a while. The price was very good, was looking for something more economical for basic usage. Definitely meets all my requirements

Zack and Kyle were excellent and provided me with excellent information to select my phone. They are always very nice, extremely knowledgable, and just do an excellent job. They are the reason why I go back to best buys.

This phone seemed decent at first, but after less than 2 months, it works terrible! It freezes up regularly and I have to constantly close apps. The camera constantly gets stuck so it's difficult to capture those special moments. Sometimes when I call someone, they can't hear me on the other end. This is especially frustrating when I've been on hold, and it's finally my turn, and then I have to waste time calling again and being on hold. Last night I couldn't even turn on my phone. I had to research troubleshooting from another device. Also, the touch screen is often unresponsive. The performance of this phone is glitchy and unreliable! I see no benefits from the extra RAM or 5g capability. My 4g Huawei phones were far superior!

Solid phone! The lack of long term updates handicaps it a little bit otherwise it is a great value!

Phone is great but the haptic feel when u use it you can tell it's a low to midrange phone
