Bought this as a temporary phone and found it hard to like. I'm a big fan of OnePlus and the 7t is up there as one of my favorite phones of all time. I've heard good things about the Nord, I heard wrong. It lagged doing the most basic of things. Camera is ho hum and sound quality is garbled. Maybe i got a defective model. Hoping that was the case, but I didn't bother swapping it out and got a proper OnePlus instead with an 8t.

Best buy policy is a joke.

It had issues with battery life and not charging. I returned it and was charged a restocking fee. I asked if the phone is defective why I would get charged. My girlfriend got an iPhone which was defective and wasn't charged for a replacement. I will never buy a phone, esp open box, from best buy. Buyer beware.
