Do not buy this phone

This was the worst phone I have ever owned. I was unable to pick up a call when the phone rang. Nothing would show on the screen nor would it even register a call coming in or missed. The voicemail wouldn’t come through til the next day. Phone company and manufacturers could not figure out the issue.

Dissatisfied

The phone I exchanged it with was $299 with activation and $399 without activation but I already activated the first phone that I returned. Best Buy charged me $399 and refused to give me the $299 price. Disappointing. Next time I just go to my phone carrier store instead of Best Buy.

Can't receive texts on Verizon.

I received my phone and immediately noticed that it could not receive text messages. I could make phone calls, and send texts, but not receive them. After 10 cumulative hours on the phone with Verizon they fixed the issue. Great, right? Not Great. It's now two months later and my phone is again not receiving texts. Good thing the return policy is only 30 days. Don't take the chance.

Open box excellent came without a charger

Shipped from Best buy Louisville KY. It came without a charger. Really unexpected from Best buy. Never had this problem. Phone itself is in good condition. So, not sure what to do. Should I return or keep the phone without original charger?
