I was happy to get this phone but then I tried to update it to the latest Android version and it wouldn't do it. little Google search later and I found out that they aren't updating it. My cheap Motorola phone has updated to Android 11 but this doesn't. I will get a year out of this phone before it is a security risk. Issues with Verizon and messaging also.

Stop working after 3 months. Overseas Customer service wasn't helpful at all, just wasted my time there. I'll never buy a phone from this brand again.

Its a good android phone overall. Two problems. Biggest is company - I don't like them overall. Second and important to me as a user is the flashlight mode is subpar. I have seen a flip phone with a brighter screen than this thing's flashlight mode.

FYI we try to hard reset and wipe the entire phone and it still does the same thing the phone acts like it cannot receive signal

Started messing up after a month. Restarts all the time, and sometimes I can't hear people when I make a call. I would have bought the protection plan, but the salesperson didn't remind me, now I have to deal with support from this company.

Get yourself a screen protector for this one. Dropped from 2 feet out of my shirt pocket and the screen is cracked. A first in 10+ years (and I go through a phone a year give or take).

I did some research on this phone prior to purchasing it and based on that I bought it. Big mistake. First, its screen is not very touch sensitive and often requires numerous "hits" to register choices. Setting the phone down often prompted it to randomly open an app. The ringer would get turned off for no apparent reason so I had to constantly check to see it was on. Finally, the phone decided to go into "Emergency Calling" mode on its own. All attempts to override this failed leaving me with a worthless phone. My advise is to run away from this product. Spend the extra money on a brand you can trust.

Drops calls frequently, from a variety of locations. Manufacturer's customer service has not been able to resolve the problem. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

Had for over a year and the bugs are just annoying. Fingerprint sensor will stop scanning and have to restart to fix. Bluetooth will stop working having to restart. Screen wont stay off when face up annoying when trying to sleep - even without notifications on. Browser homescreen links wont last after a restart. Like really don't recommend compared to less buggy options that don't require constant restarts to remedy... Even my old LG Stylo had less annoying stuff

VERY disappointing compared to TCL 10L

Having tested & owned dozens of cellular phones since the 1980's, rarely have any disappointed me enough to swallow BB $45 return fee the same day I received it. Having used a TCL 10L as my daily for past 5 months, I quickly compared a number of features and found this: 1. Phones are identical in size (fit in same TPU cases) 2. Screen sharpness and white balance is better on the TCL 10L 3. Tmobile speedtests. TCL 4G: 32Mbps OnePlus 5G: 67Mbps IMHO, not worth the upgrade from 4G to 5G 4. Camera. TCL 10L takes better pics 5. Touch responsiveness. OnePlus N10 5G lags behind TCL 10L.

I purchased this phone 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but issues with it. Currently, it won't stop restarting itself. Anytime I plug it into the charger or just hit the button to lock the screen, it restarts and stays stuck on the loading screen. I have to manually reset it and then I can use it until the screen locks then it's stuck on the loading screen again. Total garbage and waste of money since I can't actually return it anymore.

I had this phone for not even a month and I started having issues. I make a call and I know the call is answered, but I can't hear the person on the other end. I reboot and it works for a time, then the trouble starts again. I even tried OnePlus support. Since it was past the two weeks, I appear to be stuck with a flawed phone. $300 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone, and I'm really disappointed with Best Buy.

Awful phone!! Locks up, very slow. I have to restart my phone once a day just to keep it somewhat functioning properly. Won't receive phone calls, text messages, email sometimes until I reset my phone. Have tried everything to get it to work normally, just frustrated. Should have spent the extra $ on a Samsung.
